We were thrilled to help Rachel and Nick celebrate their marriage with a lavish Italian-inspired wedding reception at The Bridge Building.
While on a trip to Italy, Nick proposed in Italian (swoon!) over dinner. Soon after, Rachel decided on an all-Italian theme for their wedding, which happened to fit perfectly with her last name, Tuskan.
With wine red as the primary color and plenty of olive leaf greenery, their day perfectly embodied a hopelessly romantic Italian affair. Endless candlelight and antique gold accents added a romantic opulence, while burgundy touches added drama and style.
Bright, leafy arrangements filled with vegetables by Forget Me Not Designs gave a nod to Rachel's dietitian profession. To incorporate Nick's professional wrestling career, a fun grooms cake was made by Dulce Desserts to emulate a championship wrestling belt.
The wedding party made a memorable entrance, giving a second nod to Nick's love of all things wrestling. Introductions were complete with championship belts and skits, and guests were also treated to a hilariously choreographed dance by Rachel and her father.
For dinner, guests were served chicken saltimbocca with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes and balsamic marinated vegetables.
From the Tuscan inspired surroundings and cuisine to a magical send-off with tossed olive leaves, it was truly an enchanting evening for all. Congratulazioni!
