The Estate at Cherokee Dock was the perfect spot for a beautiful union of love and cultural fusion for Megan and Jorge last September for their modern Mexican wedding.

Megan and Jorge went to the same high school together but didn’t know each other until a few mutual friends introduced them years later. Little did they know that six years and one romantic lodge proposal later, they would walk this aisle together as husband and wife!

They exchanged vows in front of the Estate with the serene lakeside views in the background and the willow oak canopy to their side. Wood crossback chairs sat in the lawn alongside the main drive making the perfect runway to the altar for Megan, escorted by her mom.

Following the ceremony, Jorge’s cultural heritage was intricately woven in with mariachi melodies leading guests to a cocktail hour on the Lakeview Event Center patio, which was dressed with fairy lights. Here, modern flair met traditional Mexican charm as fun velvet lounge seating arrangements invited guests to relax and mingle with a glass of their signature passion fruit margarita. Vibrant colors of pink, orange, and more were incorporated into the decor, adding pops of color against the elegant backdrop of the estate.

Megan and Jorge also set up an area for photos with a pink velvet couch underneath a wooden arch adorned with vibrant floral arrangements by LMA Designs. It was finished with a chili pepper garland and custom neon sign that said, “Te amo.”

As the sun began to set, guests transitioned into the event center for the reception. The ambiance was one of refined elegance. Champagne-colored satin linens adorned the tables, creating a luxurious setting, and white floral centerpieces exuded sophistication while paying homage to Megan’s classic taste. Each table was set with a papel picado-inspired table number and custom white maracas for every guest.

During the reception, guests savored a plated dinner experience that combined gourmet delights of smoked brisket with grilled corn and a black eye pea salad, maple mustard glazed chicken with brown sugar carrots and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a rigatoni primavera.

As the night came to a close, Megan and Jorge danced to “Ride With Me,” by Cody Johnson under the shimmering installation of disco balls and chandeliers for the first time as newlyweds.

Their wedding at Cherokee Dock was not only a testament to their love but also a beautiful blend of cultures, creating memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Amanda and Channing had the most elegant August wedding at The Bell Tower, complete with gorgeous draping and a string-lit ambiance!

This sweet couple met in 2017 and had their first date in Central Park in NYC. Four years later they were engaged in Cabo and married on August 13, 2022.  We are so happy to have played a part in their forever!

Amanda's portraits outside The Bell Tower were truly a moment. She held a large bouquet of greenery with soft pink florals and wore a beaded off-the-shoulder gown with lace detailing from Savvy Bridal. Her bridesmaids wore elegant matching off-the-shoulder black dresses and held smaller versions of Amanda’s bouquet.

Their ceremony was complete with beautiful floor-to-ceiling white draping behind the altar, romantic candle aisle markers, and white flower petals down the aisle.

After they said the ceremony, guests moved to our beautiful patio for a cocktail reception. The space was complete with black and white decor with greenery-filled flower arrangements that elegantly tied into the rest of the day.

Then the party began! Amanda and Channing's reception was complete with simple yet elegant round tables with white linens that tied into the draping from their ceremony, which they also used as a backdrop for their intimate sweetheart table between our grand windows.

The couple shared a sweet moment on our mezzanine at the end of the evening overlooking their friends and family celebrating.

The post Gage + Brian’s Romantic Garden-Inspired Wedding appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

Gage and Brian said “I do” last year with an indoor garden-inspired wedding full of light pink roses and sage green details at The Bridge Building.

After first meeting online in 2014 and getting through the trials of long distance, Brian proposed to Gage in Toronto with a planned photoshoot while recreating one of their first ever dates at the zoo!

When it came to the big day, Brian and Gage wanted to feel like they were guests at their own wedding. With our team of professionals making sure that everything ran smoothly, we can proudly say we accomplished just that!

The ceremony was held in the Cumberland space of The Bridge Building with Edison bulb lighting, a floral ring with lots of greenery and pink roses, and a view of Downtown Nashville. With Gage and Brian’s six groomsmaids standing at their sides in sage green dresses, and an escorted entrance with their moms, it was a ceremony like no other.

Following the vows, guests made their way outside to the riverfront walkway to enjoy some fresh air along the river and a sip of cabernet as Infinity staff flipped the main space to ready it for the reception.

The space transformed from an intimate ceremony to a romantic garden-inspired reception with tables of ivory and beige linens, each decorated with floral centerpieces of greenery and pink roses, and wood crossback chairs. The head table had a greenery runner with mixed candle lighting, and each setting had sage green place cards for the guests.

When guests found their seats, a plated dinner was served consisting of honey balsamic chicken with roasted heirloom carrots and a citrus rice pilaf, herb roasted pork loin with roasted red pepper Brussel sprouts and smashed new potatoes, and smoked brisket with grilled corn and a black eyed pea salad.

Once plates were clean and the cake was cut, the night ended with lots of fun and a sweet first dance to Blake Shelton’s “Nobody but You.” Gage and Brian were sent away under the pedestrian bridge, and the rest is history!

Alexa and Conor had the most romantic and modern wedding with neutral decor and bright white flower arrangements at The Bell Tower.

This sweet couple met in high school and then went on to college together at Auburn University. After graduating and a bit of long distance, Conor asked Alexa to marry him.

When it came to their wedding day, Alexa wanted a mix of romantic, modern, and natural design elements. Teaming up with Old Louisville Flower Studio and Infinity Hospitality Group, they nailed it.

For the ceremony, our main space was set with mahogany Chiavari chairs and a hexagonal wooden arch at the altar. It was dressed in bright white and ivory floral arrangements mixed with whimsical greenery and airy white draping that created a romantic focal point. Up above hong three beautiful Gatsby-style chandeliers.

After saying “I do," and as event staff flipped the main space for the reception, guests gathered on the covered patio for a cocktail hour. The decor and setup encompassed the modern feel Alexa was looking for, set with neutral lounge groupings, a custom neon sign, and gold details that provided a beautiful space for guests to mingle and socialize ahead of dinner.

Alexa and Conor’s design style was cohesive throughout the day, with the reception perfectly matching the ceremony and cocktail hour. The space was filled with neutral, white, and gold details. The head table was lined with an airy white runner, elevated floral arrangements with more whimsical greenery, and centerpieces that repurposed the bridesmaids’ bouquet to add depth and texture. The rest of the tables featured matching floral arrangements and champagne gold linens to finish off the modern look.

For their traditional reception cake, the newlyweds went with a classic three-tier white cake with gold leaf details to match their design, while the groom's cake was elaborately decorated with a mahi mahi fish and buttercream waves.

Alexa and Conor shared their first dance to "Into the Mystic" by Van Morrison and made their exit as guests waved navy blue and burnt orange shakers for their alma mater, Auburn!

Mackenzie + Jack’s Tropical Summer Wedding https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/mackenzie-jacks-tropical-summer-wedding/ Mon, 01 May 2023 07:00:29 +0000 https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/?p=33799 A summer wedding with disco ball decor, tropical leaves, and pops of navy blue at The Cordelle.

The post Mackenzie + Jack’s Tropical Summer Wedding appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

Mackenzie and Jack celebrated their love with a modern summer wedding full of tropical leaves, disco balls, pops of navy blue, and fun times!

These two met at a local Nashville spot, Yeehaw Brewing, during an outing with friends in January 2020. They started talking about their favorite drinks, sports, and more until it was closing time.

After almost a year of long distance, Jack knew he had to make things official with a planned beach proposal in August 2021. Although the weather had other plans, there was a break in the storm and Jack got down on one knee with family there to capture the moment.

When it came to planning the big day, it was important to these two that the day was fun for all! And we think it was just that.

Their summer wedding day started with a traditional ceremony at The Cathedral of the Incarnation followed by a reception at The Cordelle closer to downtown Nashville.

Mackenzie was dressed in a sleek modern dress with a tight low bun and held a bouquet of all white florals. Her best gals were dressed in matching ankle-length satin dresses in ivory and held smaller bouquets with similar florals. Jack, being a military platoon leader, was dressed in his traditional uniform.

After the “I dos,” guests made their way into the backyard of the Cordelle for a quick cocktail hour of signature Moscow mules and passed apps, including mini shrimp tacos, mozzarella skewers, and bacon-wrapped jalapeños.

Once the wedding party was introduced, everyone found their seats to enjoy a stationed dinner with a variety of hot chicken and waffles, sliders, and mac and cheese.

Mackenzie and Jack’s reception dinner was held in the garden space behind the Cordelle. The tables were set with ivory linens and deep blue napkins, tall centerpieces of tropical palm leaves, paper fans as place cards, and black pillar candles.

To end the night, Mackenzie and Jack found themselves dancing with all of their loved ones in the main space of the Cordelle, which was decorated with a large stage with a white facade and greenery wall backdrop underneath individually hung disco balls adorned in tropical palm leaves!

Mackenzie and Jack had all wedding traditions, including a first dance to “Let’s Stay Together” by Al Green. “We wanted a classic love song that was a little more upbeat and fun to dance to!” Mackenzie explained. “We were looking for a song we would want to dance to in our kitchen for the rest of our lives, and this song fit that mold for us!”

Tala and Vagif said their “I dos” at the Estate at Cherokee Dock with a stunning outdoor ceremony in the Serenity Gardens followed by a beautiful seated dinner in the Lakeview Event Center.

These two first met during their college years and eventually fell in love. Vagif proposed at Nashville’s Love Circle, a romantic spot that overlooks the entire city. After surprising Tala with a sweet picnic, she said yes!

When it came to planning their wedding, it was important for the couple that their day flowed flawlessly so their only focus could be on sitting back, relaxing, and taking it all in. Accomplishment achieved, if we say so ourselves! Their day went off without a hitch.

Tala stunned in a sweetheart mermaid gown with draped off-the-shoulder sleeves and embroidered lace details. She accessorized with a jeweled hair piece, dainty tennis necklace, and a waltz length veil. Her bridesmaids donned champagne floor-length gowns in different styles, and all the ladies carried matching long-stem bouquets of classic white florals and greenery. Vagif and his groomsmen looked dapper in classic black tuxedos with coordinating white floral boutonnieres.

Following intimate vows in the Serenity Gardens, guests gathered on the patio of the Lakeview Event Center for a cocktail hour featuring an array of hors d’oeuvres prepared by the in-house chefs. Dishes included  ahi tuna in wonton baskets, avocado toast, butternut goat cheese stuffed mushrooms, classic tomato bruschetta, mini beef wellington, and braised short ribs.

When the reception began, Tala and Vagif were introduced with a special cultural performance by the Al Fursan Dabka and Zaffah Group as guests prepared for a plated dinner service of chicken piccata with grilled asparagus and parmesan risotto and herb salmon with broccolini.

The space was set with the most beautiful classic design featuring a mix of neutral white and champagne-colored linens, round and rectangle tables, and light wood crossback chairs. The tables were decorated with beautiful floral arrangements full of white blooms and greenery, white taper candles in gold candlesticks, and some elevated flowers to create dimension across the room. String lights were also hung above, cascading to the center of the room to create a warm glow.

After a sweet first dance to Elvis Presley’s “I Can’t Stop Falling In Love,” Tala and Vagif cut their classic white three-tier cake and opened up the dance floor!

Alexis and Zach celebrated their nuptials with a modern spring wedding full of neutral tones and trendy decor at the Bridge Building.

This pair met while attending the University of Central Florida in 2017. Despite being in every class together, several group projects, and hanging out most weekends, they didn’t start dating until the week of graduation. After graduating, Alexis was off to Kansas City and Zach moved to North Carolina to start their careers. Shortly after, they made their way to Nashville, and the rest was history.

With a pedestrian bridge proposal, it only made sense that these two said their “I dos” at the Bridge Building looking over their new favorite city.

When the wedding day arrived, Alexis and Zach shared a sweet first look before their rooftop ceremony. Alexis stunned in a fitted modern gown with a pearl beaded veil, elbow length gloves, and a bouquet of mixed spring florals. As for Zach, he rocked a gray suit, white silk tie, and black dress shoes before he later changed into a pair of Air Jordan 1 White Shadows.

On the rooftop, the ceremony was set with a daytime breeze, custom terracotta and cream wedding programs with a modern design, and stunning floral arrangements in gold vases, full of white blooms and pops of bright mauve, brown, and yellow.  Following the vows, the couple took their wedding party on a pontoon saloon down the Cumberland River while guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the riverfront.

After snacking on soft pretzel bites and sipping on a signature cocktail, guests found their seats in the main space to enjoy selections from the dinner stations prepared by the in-house chefs at the Bridge Building. Selections included a four cheese penne pasta, a mashed potato station, trio of salads, and classic surf and turf. Yum!

The Cumberland space was decorated with a mix of farmhouse and round tables, taupe napkins against crisp white linens, white and gold taper candles, centerpieces of muted spring florals, a touch of gold, and trendy arched signage. On display was their citrus cheesecake, adorned with dried citrus fruits and roses. And for their guestbook, Alexis and Zach went with a custom shotski to sign and an old phone to record sweet messages.

Before the night came to an end, Alexis and Zach shared a first dance to the Disney classic, “Happily Ever After,” before opening the dance floor. After a night of celebrating, Alexis changed into a chic jumpsuit before she and her new husband had a glowing tunnel exit on the pedestrian bridge.

WHAT IS YOUR WEDDING STYLE?

8 TIPS WITH REAL WEDDING INSPIRATION

Maybe you’ve had a secret wedding Pinterest board for years and know exactly what you want, or maybe you’re overwhelmed by the millions of photos you’ve seen and don’t know where to start. No matter what boat you’re in, we’re here to help you find the perfect vibe to make your wedding day truly special. Read on for our tips on how to find your wedding style.

1. Chat with your partner

First things first, talk it through with your partner. Whether they’re giving you free reign or have their own Pinterest board, you’ll want to make sure you’re on the same page when it comes to what you both are envisioning for the day.

2. Choose a level of formality

Consider the overall vibe you’re looking for. Do you want your day to be more formal or a little bit casual? Formality will impact everything from food service to linens, to guest attire and everything in between. Nailing this down first will help you narrow down a style. Opting for black tie? Go glam. Keeping it casual? Rustic might be for you!

3. Consider the season

The season you choose to have your wedding can inform things like color palette, floral choices, linen textures, and more. Summer is a great time to incorporate tropical arrangements and vibrant colors, while fall and winter are perfect for luxe velvet linens and rich color palettes like rust orange, wine red, or emerald green.

Sarah and Joseph embraced spring by bringing the outside in with stunning hanging florals and pastel hues.

4. Choose a color palette

Once you’ve nailed down formality and the season, and talked to your partner about what colors are absolute yays and nays, it’s time to choose a color palette. Because colors evoke different emotions, it can help inform overall style and vibe. We associate blues with serenity, while reds evoke feelings of passion and love. A black and white color palette feels sophisticated and powerful, lending itself to classic, modern, or glamorous styles, while vibrant colors work well with vintage-inspired, Bohemian, and tropical styles.

At The Bridge Building, Susie and Connar's all white color palette combined with clean modern lines created an air of simple sophistication.

Gray, a Bell Tower bride and stylist at Local Honey, was three steps ahead of Pantone and chose a magenta color palette for her 2022 wedding. Hues of pink and red were paired with vintage furniture and striking florals, creating an overall romantic and retro vibe.

5. Consider your personal style

How would you describe your personal style? Minimalist, a little rock n’ roll, or country club chic? If fashion is an important part of how you express yourself and show your personality, think about incorporating the same elements into your wedding design.

Georgia and Chance’s October wedding was a true reflection of their personal style. Punk and goth, yet minimal.

Anna Caroline, style maven and owner of the boutique L.A. Green, incorporated fashion trends like silver metallics and 70s glam into her day. Likewise, Gray, a Bell Tower bride and stylist at Local Honey, was influenced by silver metallics and the trending color magenta.

6. Look at how you decorate your home

Get inspired by interior design. Our homes are often reflections of ourselves, so if you want your wedding to be uniquely you, take a look around you. How does the space feel? What colors do you use? Is your home more minimal and modern or vibrant and eclectic?

7. Consider your passions

Do you want to incorporate any shared passions into your decor? Maybe you have a shared love of gardening or you're passionate about your family heritage; these elements can influence your style.

Bridge Building bride Emmy loves Bonnaroo and has been to the music festival every year for the past decade. She brought the fun, festival vibe to life with vibrant florals, oriental rugs, vintage lounge furniture, disco balls, and more.

8. Find a muse

You should have a pretty good idea of what your wedding style is at this point, but if all else fails – find a muse. If you’ve seen a wedding you love on TV, in a movie, or in a magazine, that’s a good place to start. Royal weddings, like Meghan and Harry’s, are loaded with classic wedding inspiration. Mandy Moore’s is what boho wedding dreams are made of, and Audrey Hepburn’s is sure to spark ideas for any vintage enthusiast. Who's your muse?

Abigail and Jacob said their “I dos” with a stunning outdoor ceremony on the Lakeside Lawn at the Estate at Cherokee Dock, followed by a beautiful seated dinner in the Lakeview Event Center.

The couple first met through a mutual friend in 2020. On their first date, they slow-danced in an empty parking lot in the rain. Talk about romance! Abigail and Jacob both knew within a week they had something special and were engaged the following year.

Abigail stunned in a sweetheart mermaid gown with a large, timeless bow on the back. She accessorized with coordinating satin fingerless gloves, gold flower earrings with a pearl drop, and a cathedral-length veil. She wore her hair in an elegant, sleek low bun. A vision of a classic bride! Her bridesmaids donned champagne ballerina-length gowns in different styles, and all the ladies carried matching long-stem bouquets of white florals and greenery. Jacob looked dapper in a white and black tuxedo, while his groomsmen wore matching classic black tuxedos with coordinating white floral boutonnieres.

The couple exchanged their vows on the beautiful Lakeside Lawn, standing in front of a ceremony arch created with white florals and greenery, which served as a stunning backdrop with sweeping views of the lake behind them.

Following the ceremony, guests gathered in the Lakeview Event Center, which was decorated in all whites for Abigail and Jacob’s classic reception. The tables were set with wooden chairs, crisp white linens, stunning elevated white flower arrangements of roses and greenery, with white drapery cascading across the ceiling. The large covered patio was set with a round white bar and mixed seating, round white and cocktail tables also decorated in white, providing guests with the perfect setting to enjoy the evening.

After dinner, everyone enjoyed a night of dancing and entertainment alongside the beautiful lakeside views!

As their dreamy wedding day came to an end, Abigail and Jacob shared a memorable celebratory jump into the pool with their wedding party. They then drove away in a luxurious Bentley as fireworks went off down the scenic drive. A perfect ending to a classic fairytale of an evening!
