Gage and Brian said “I do” last year with an indoor garden-inspired wedding full of light pink roses and sage green details at The Bridge Building.

After first meeting online in 2014 and getting through the trials of long distance, Brian proposed to Gage in Toronto with a planned photoshoot while recreating one of their first ever dates at the zoo!

When it came to the big day, Brian and Gage wanted to feel like they were guests at their own wedding. With our team of professionals making sure that everything ran smoothly, we can proudly say we accomplished just that!

The ceremony was held in the Cumberland space of The Bridge Building with Edison bulb lighting, a floral ring with lots of greenery and pink roses, and a view of Downtown Nashville. With Gage and Brian’s six groomsmaids standing at their sides in sage green dresses, and an escorted entrance with their moms, it was a ceremony like no other.

Following the vows, guests made their way outside to the riverfront walkway to enjoy some fresh air along the river and a sip of cabernet as Infinity staff flipped the main space to ready it for the reception.

The space transformed from an intimate ceremony to a romantic garden-inspired reception with tables of ivory and beige linens, each decorated with floral centerpieces of greenery and pink roses, and wood crossback chairs. The head table had a greenery runner with mixed candle lighting, and each setting had sage green place cards for the guests.

When guests found their seats, a plated dinner was served consisting of honey balsamic chicken with roasted heirloom carrots and a citrus rice pilaf, herb roasted pork loin with roasted red pepper Brussel sprouts and smashed new potatoes, and smoked brisket with grilled corn and a black eyed pea salad.

Once plates were clean and the cake was cut, the night ended with lots of fun and a sweet first dance to Blake Shelton’s “Nobody but You.” Gage and Brian were sent away under the pedestrian bridge, and the rest is history!

Madding and Brooks celebrated their marriage with an elegant wedding day starting at the First Presbyterian Church in Nashville and ending at The Bell Tower, which was filled with refined style, lots of florals, and New Year’s celebrations!

Both Madding and Brooks went to the University of Auburn but didn’t meet until attending a mutual friend's wedding after graduation in 2017. Although they ultimately had a connection, they didn’t start dating until that following fall when they ran into each other again at an Auburn football game. When you know, you know!

Brooks later surprised Madding while she was working a photoshoot of her pastor. He got down on one knee and asked her to marry him!

When it came to planning the big day, Madding knew she wanted a refined classic look with lots of flowers, and we think, with the help of our team, they hit it on the nail! She also said it was most important to find just the right venue, have a great band, and capture the day perfectly.

They started the weekend with a rehearsal dinner at the Bridge Building. The space was set with a head table in navy linens with three round tables in white, all with gold chiavari chairs and tall centerpieces full of greenery, white flowers, and pops of red blooms. Our in-house chefs prepared a custom tapas stations with a lamb loin with mushroom risotto and broccolini, smoked gouda grits with shrimp, and beef tenderloin with potato gratin and brussel sprouts. Guests then celebrated with a cake by Dessert Designs.

On her wedding day, Madding stunned in a classic off-the-shoulder ball gown with a cascading white bouquet of orchids and peonies. Her bridesmaids had matching green velvet dresses and bouquets of greenery with champagne ribbons tied around the stems. As for Brooks and his groomsmen, they rocked classic black tuxedos with white boutonnieres.

After saying “I do” at First Presbyterian Church, the wedding party took a trolley over to The Bell Tower and enjoyed a pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta bite and a gimlet named after the couple’s dog Teddy before finding their seats in the main space.

The main space was transformed into an elegant and romantic dream, full of cascading drapery, glamorous chandeliers above, and abundant candles on every table to create a warm ambiance. The grand floral arrangements filled the room with whimsical greenery and white blooms with pops of pastel blue, purple, and pink. The flowers served as the table centerpieces but also lined the white stage facade, decorated the grand staircase, and draped across their white six-tiered wedding cake.

While Madding and Brooks shared a private meal together, their guests dined on a stationed dinner with different kinds of risotto, salad, roasted vegetables, and mashed potatoes, and later had a late night snack of gourmet french fries and quesadillas.

Before the clock struck midnight, Madding and Brooks cut their cake, shared a sweet first dance, and passed out their party hats! Guests counted down to the new year and everyone celebrated with silver streamers, beads, and all the fun as a live band played to celebrate the newlyweds.

Victoria and Chris celebrated their marriage with a moody wedding at The Bridge Building full of dramatic mauve floral arrangements, touches of gold, and a romantic ambiance.

The pair met back in 2012 through Chris’ love of photography, and they’ve hit it off ever since. Chris later proposed to Victoria in November 2019.

The soon-to-be newlyweds began their fall wedding day with a first look at the historic hotel in Downtown Nashville, the Hermitage. Victoria was dressed in an A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and embroidered lace.

As for the rest of the wedding party, the bridesmaids were in mix-and-match deep green dresses in different fabrics, and the groomsmen wore classic suits with silky green ties.

The Cumberland space of The Bridge Building was set with a floating floral install that served as the ceremony and sweetheart table backdrop, Edison bulb lighting for a warm glow, black chairs, and a city view.

Once the newlyweds said “I do,” guests enjoyed a few delectable appetizers, including fresh oysters, bacon-wrapped dates, and smoked trout, on the riverfront patio while the Infinity staff flipped the space for the reception.

In exchange for their place card to find their seats, guests were encouraged to snap a quick Polaroid photo to leave for the couple as an alternative to a traditional guestbook.

For the reception, the tables were set with black linens, gold chargers, vintage-inspired glassware, and black taper candles in brass candlesticks inside hurricane vases, along with moody floral arrangements featuring shades of mauve and purple, dark greenery, and dainty white flowers.

Guests enjoyed selections of filet mignon with grilled asparagus and white cheddar potato gratin, blackberry pork loin with sweet potato mash and broccolini, and sesame crusted yellowfin tuna with a daikon and carrot salad with teriyaki edamame soba noodles before grabbing a prepackaged Christie Cookie, a local favorite.

Victoria and Chris shared a sweet first dance to “I Love You Baby” by Frankie Valley before the DJ opened the dance floor and everyone celebrated the night away!

Catie and Brendan’s wedding celebration at The Bell Tower was filled with fresh blue accents, gold details, and a mix of classic and modern decor.

The couple met at the University of Kentucky in Lexington through mutual friends at a football tailgate, bonding over their love for Kentucky basketball. Catie agreed to a group date with their friends— and the rest is history.

Brendan proposed in Frankfurt at the Lovers Leap winery, surrounded by family and friends. To celebrate, the couple shared their first bottle of wine together!

When it came to the big day, Catie and Brendan knew they wanted to incorporate their alma mater’s colors of blue and white. We think it turned out beautifully!

The wedding began with a beautiful ceremony in the main space, which was decorated with varying gold geometric pendant lights and greenery. The ceremony arch was a modern gold rectangle with greenery and a touch of white flowers.

After they were pronounced husband and wife, the celebration continued to our patio for cocktail hour. The space was decorated with light blue linens accented with white that tied into a green boxwood photo wall decorated with a white balloon arch and custom neon sign.

While guests mingled over cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, Infinity staff flipped the main space and mezzanine for the reception. Tables were set with crisp white linens, beautiful blue floral napkins, candles, and gold-framed table numbers. Some featured arrangements of greenery and white flowers in tall gold stands, while others were set with greenery surrounding the candles.

At the end of the night, they played “Dixieland Delight” as the couple went around to say goodbye to the crowd. It was a very fun and memorable evening for all.

Sarah and Patrick had a traditional wedding ceremony at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by a fun-filled reception at The Bell Tower

This sweet pair met in college at Vanderbilt University while working with an on-campus choir;Sarah sang and Patrick played the piano!

Patrick decided to pop the question in Centennial Park where they had their first date. He sang “Lover” by Sarah’s favorite artist, Taylor Swift. How cute!

Knowing they had a lot of out-of-town guests, they wanted a reception venue that truly felt like Nashville with that special “wow” factor. “We loved how open and bright The Bell Tower felt, as well as the old church windows, exposed beams, and brick. Patrick is a big bourbon drinker, so he also fell in love with the bourbon tasting room,” Sarah told us.

Their wedding day finally arrived on May 29. The day began with a traditional Catholic ceremony and a fun trolley ride into the city. Sarah wore a strapless gown by Olia Zavozina paired with a traditional bouquet of neutral blooms.

When guests arrived at The Bell Tower, they were met with pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta, boneless marinated lamb chop, fried green tomatoes, coconut crusted shrimp, bacon wrapped sweet potatoes, and hot chicken biscuits.

In honor of Sarah’s major Taylor Swift fandom, she and Patrick danced to the song “Lover” and had a greenery wall photo booth setup with a custom LED sign of lyrics from the same song! Patrick also performed during the reception, singing barbershop music with a quartet!

Lauren and Michael celebrated their marriage with an intimate boho wedding on The Bridge Building rooftop, full of dramatic floral arrangements and the perfect moody ambiance.

This sweet pair met through mutual friends in Knoxville, Tennessee. Michael later proposed during a photoshoot while the couple vacationed in Cancun. How romantic!

Lauren and Michael wanted a special day that focused on the meaning of their vows with all the trendy wedding details. Safe to say I think we accomplished it!

When the day finally arrived, Lauren stunned in a long sleeve lace gown with a layered skirt and a loosely curled do. Her gals rocked mix-and-match neutral dresses and held bouquets of ivory and soft pink blooms.

For the ceremony, our team of coordinators, Forget Me Not Designs, and Nashville Lighting & Production worked their magic to set the tone with moody lighting, candles lining the aisle, and pampas grass arrangements at the altar creating the most romantic, boho-inspired ambiance.

After Lauren and Michael said their vows, guests sipped on pinot noir as our staff flipped the rooftop into an intimate reception with the same trendy boho decor and candle lighting and prepared the food stations for a delicious dinner, all prepared in-house.

Once guests found their seats, Lauren and Michael shared their first dance to “You Are So Beautiful” by Joe Cocker— and the rest is history!

Holly and Adam celebrated their marriage with a late spring wedding featuring romantic florals, soft pink details, and a stunning view of Nashville at The Bridge Building

These two first met at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville and dated almost five years before Adam popped the question after a sweet dinner in their downtown condo!

When it was time to start planning their wedding, it was important that it felt like a big, stress-free party with an “overall awesome guest experience.” Safe to say that’s what they got!

On the big day, the couple shared a sweet first look under the pedestrian bridge before the ceremony. That didn’t stop Adam from shedding a tear as Holly walked down the aisle in her modern off-the-shoulder gown with her embroidered veil and classic white bouquet.

After Holly and Adam exchanged their vows, guests found their way to a cocktail hour to sip on chardonnay as the couple took more photos just before the sunset.

The Cumberland space was set with alternating floral arrangements and white candles at the center of each table with ivory and blush linens and antique driftwood chairs. The chic decor and romantic ambiance of glowing string lights really set the tone.

After a delicious plated dinner service, Holly and Adam kicked off a night full of fun and dancing with their first dance to “Your Song” by Elton John.

Amy and John celebrated their marriage with a spring wedding featuring sunset-colored florals, music-inspired details, and a stunning view of Nashville at The Bridge Building.

These two first met through a dating app and instantly knew they were “meant for each other.” When it came time for John to pop the question, John set up a surprise photoshoot on the pedestrian bridge that turned into a sweet proposal next to their future wedding venue.

It was important to the couple that their family and friends had a uniquely fun night in Nashville and that each detail reflected their personalities throughout the day. The Bridge Building was the first venue they toured and decided that no other could compare when it came to the city views and downtown location!

On the big day, the couple decided not to do a first look, so John first saw his bride in her embroidered white gown with a lush bouquet as her dad walked her down the aisle. To them, it was one of the most memorable moments.

During the ceremony, Amy and John dedicated time to communion and worship due to the importance of their faith at the center of their wedding. And with their pastor officiating the service, Amy said that he truly “captured the heart of John and me!”

Afterward, guests found their way to a cocktail hour to sip on chardonnay as the couple took more photos just before the sunset.

The reception tables were set with white and blush linens, a seating chart created with vinyl records, place cards designed like cassette tapes, dainty florals, and industrial lighting by Nashville Lighting and Production

Infinity staff held a plated dinner service of smoked brisket with Southern style green beans and black eyed pea salad, herb-encrusted chicken with lemon garlic broccoli and roasted potatoes, and bourbon glazed salmon with grilled asparagus and peppercorn melange risotto.

After a few sweet toasts, Amy and John kicked off a night full of fun and dancing with their first dance to “I Will Always Be Yours” by Ben Rector. Amy later told us their “guests are still reeling over the night!”

RACHEL + RILEY’S SUMMER SAGE WEDDING https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/rachel-riley-summer-sage-wedding/ Mon, 19 Jul 2021 06:00:32 +0000 https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/?p=28819 A summer wedding with sage and teal details at The Bridge Building.

The post RACHEL + RILEY’S SUMMER SAGE WEDDING appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

]]>

Rachel and Riley had a modern wedding with sage and teal details at The Bridge Building last summer.

This Midwestern pair met in 2017 when they just so happened to be visiting Nashville the same weekend. Rachel was enjoying a girls' trip when she bumped into a bachelor party Riley was part of at the FGL House on Broadway. They instantly hit it off and started a long-distance relationship that lasted for the next two years.

Later on, Riley popped the question as they were standing underneath the Arch in St. Louis at sunset. Rachel told us that Riley “wrapped his arm around me, kissed my forehead, and said, ‘I love you, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you.’ Next thing I knew, he was on one knee asking me to marry him!”

When Rachel and Riley began looking for venues, they knew they wanted to get married in Nashville because it's the city where they met. The Bridge Building caught their eye with its modern structure, natural lighting, and the beautiful views of downtown.

The most important part of their wedding day was the simple act of becoming husband and wife. Amid, “an ongoing pandemic, moving from home, starting a new job, and all the stress of wedding plans in between, getting to celebrate our love and commitment to one another with our family and friends was all that mattered at the end of the day,” Rachel said.

So when the date finally arrived, Infinity staff with the help of Nashville Lighting & Production and Echoes of Eden Florals set up the rooftop with twinkling string lights and geometric pedestals topped with delicate white blooms. Before guests arrived, Rachel shared a first look with Riley—where the two exchanged sweet letters—and then had a sweet first-look moment with her dad.

During the ceremony, the pair brought out a special bottle of wine for a fun unity ritual that dates back to ancient Greece. Together, they sealed the wine in a box to embrace and symbolize their union. Whenever Rachel and Riley choose to open the locked box at a later date, they will be able to reminisce on that special moment and enjoy a nicely aged vintage.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with Pinot Grigio, bacon-wrapped sweet potatoes, and spicy crab wontons.

Before taking their seats for a delicious plated dinner, Rachel and Riley were announced as newlyweds and shared their first dance to “H.O.L.Y.” by Florida Georgia Line as a nod to the bar where they first met. Then, the venue's rooftop was transformed for a modern summer reception with linens and simple greenery centerpieces.

To kick off the party, Rachel shared a sweet dance with her grandfather to “Forever Young,” by Rod Stewart, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight!

After a few hours of celebration, it was time for guests to pick up their wedding favors, and they received personalized wine stoppers as an homage to the newlyweds’ love for wine. And it can’t be a Nashville wedding at The Bridge Building without a sparkler send-off under the bridge!
