Amanda and Channing had the most elegant August wedding at The Bell Tower, complete with gorgeous draping and a string-lit ambiance!

This sweet couple met in 2017 and had their first date in Central Park in NYC. Four years later they were engaged in Cabo and married on August 13, 2022.  We are so happy to have played a part in their forever!

Amanda's portraits outside The Bell Tower were truly a moment. She held a large bouquet of greenery with soft pink florals and wore a beaded off-the-shoulder gown with lace detailing from Savvy Bridal. Her bridesmaids wore elegant matching off-the-shoulder black dresses and held smaller versions of Amanda’s bouquet.

Their ceremony was complete with beautiful floor-to-ceiling white draping behind the altar, romantic candle aisle markers, and white flower petals down the aisle.

After they said the ceremony, guests moved to our beautiful patio for a cocktail reception. The space was complete with black and white decor with greenery-filled flower arrangements that elegantly tied into the rest of the day.

Then the party began! Amanda and Channing's reception was complete with simple yet elegant round tables with white linens that tied into the draping from their ceremony, which they also used as a backdrop for their intimate sweetheart table between our grand windows.

The couple shared a sweet moment on our mezzanine at the end of the evening overlooking their friends and family celebrating.

We loved helping Vanderbilt University host a VIP dinner experience for their top donors to kick off the 2022 homecoming week.

For the design, we collaborated with Forget Me Not Designs, Nashville Lighting and Production, BBJ Linens, Please Be Seated, and White Door Events to create an inviting space with black and gold in honor of the school colors. The main space was set with mixed seating of comfortable lounge booths and modern gold chairs with all black linens and retro signage. Modern Sputnik pendant lights hung from the industrial beams of The Bridge Building, and bright arrangements of red and purple blooms sat atop each table.

Beginning with cocktail hour, guests were treated to top notch wine selections and a riverfront bar that overlooked all of downtown Nashville. While mixing and mingling, they snacked on ahi tuna, butternut goat cheese stuffed mushroom, braised short rib, antipasto skewers, and more.

So what else was on the menu for this Vanderbilt VIP dinner? Filet mignon in a red wine demi-glace with a crab cake addition and grilled asparagus and truffled pommel puree, followed by an assortment of plated desserts such as mini strawberry pretzel icebox pie, sea salt caramel cake, and, of course, a Nashville favorite— house-made Goo Goo Clusters. Talk about bon appétit!

Guests enjoyed live performances during the evening and, when they were ready to stretch their legs, they made their way to the main patio. The space was set with red drapery, string lights, and lounge areas— perfect for good company and conversation.

Meg and Will said their “I dos” with a stunning ceremony between the grand arched windows at The Bell Tower and a reception decorated with gorgeous drapery and chandeliers.

The couple shares a modern day love story of meeting on a dating app, hitting it off from the beginning, and knowing they had something special!

On their wedding day, Meg donned a Pronovias dress with a gorgeous cathedral train. She wore a beaded hair piece, elegant updo, and held a classic, long stem, white rose bouquet. Her bridesmaids wore matching  velvet gowns in a beautiful deep red. Will looked dashing in his military uniform, and their pup, who was a special part of their day, sported a classic black tux!

The main space at The Bell Tower was decorated with soft white drapery set between the windows, several glamorous chandeliers hanging from above, and dark chiavari chairs facing the windows, creating the most romantic ambiance.  The grand staircase was adorned with more white drapery and floral arrangements that matched Meg’s bouquet.

The space was later flipped for the reception and filled with round tables and a classic king’s table for the wedding party under the grand windows. The color palette of champagne and blush was incorporated into every aspect of their setup with the beautiful and elevated floral arrangements set on white linens with champagne-colored napkins and candles to create a warm glow.  As a special touch, Meg and Will’s  names shined in white lights against the wall with a custom gobo from Nashville Lighting and Production.

With it being a December wedding, the couple incorporated special holiday details to bring in the magic of the season. They asked guests to write their well wishes on red ornaments that were then hung on a Christmas tree— a cute alternative option to the traditional guest book!

Meg and Will then shared their first dance to “Something About the Way You Look Tonight” by Elton John—a special song, as Elton John was their first concert together. Guests then gathered to dance the night away, and that they surely did!

The post Rachel + Camron’s Moody New Year’s Eve Wedding appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

Rachel and Camron celebrated their New Year’s Eve wedding with an intimate winter ceremony on the rooftop and a moody, boho reception in the main space of the Bridge Building.

Rachel, from St. Louis, and Camron, from Philadelphia, met while working at a summer job at Six Flags and knew their connection was more than just a summer fling! Later on, Camron got down on one knee at the Forest Park in St Louis.

During their time dating long distance, these lovebirds would spend a lot of time in Nashville, so they knew this was the perfect place to tie the knot. With the Bridge Building being a short walk from Broadway and having an unbeatable view of downtown, the venue was an easy choice!

When wedding day arrived, Rachel and Camron shared a sweet first look before the ceremony on the riverfront patio. Rachel stunned in a romantic lace ball gown with exaggerated off the shoulder sleeves and a boho bouquet full of dried florals, pampas grass, proteas, and earth-toned pastel roses. As for Camron, he went with a blue suit and ivory tie to match the neutral style of Rachel’s bridesmaids, who wore mismatched beige and champagne-colored dresses.

The ceremony was set with a nighttime view of downtown Nashville, glowing Christmas trees as the backdrop, and crisp winter air for an intimate setting to say “I do.” Rachel and Camron also had their family and friends participate in a candle lighting ceremony to symbolize their unity.

Afterwards, guests took to the main space to grab a glass of champagne with their table number, and got ready for a plated dinner of herbed chicken with broccolini and roasted yukon potatoes and blackberry pork loin or bourbon glazed salmon with grilled asparagus and parmesan risotto.

The Cumberland space was decorated with a mix of farmhouse and round tables, black silk napkins against crisp white linens, moody bulb string lights and candle centerpieces surrounded with greenery. The head table, decorated with roses and a greenery garland, was dark wood with a modern black backdrop that was adorned with striking, bold boho floral arrangements that matched Rachel’s bouquet and a custom white LED sign featuring the couple’s newly-shared last name. On display was their classic, white three-tier wedding cake adorned with dried flowers and pampas. And for their guestbook, Rachel and Camron used a map of Nashville as an alternative for family and friends to sign to remember this very special day. The guestbook table was decorated with sweet photos of the couple and a modern black sign with gold lettering.

Before the night came to an end, Rachel and Camron shared a first dance and then enjoyed Nashville’s annual firework show on the rooftop as they headed into the new year with their friends and family as newlyweds!

Victoria and Chris celebrated their marriage with a moody wedding at The Bridge Building full of dramatic mauve floral arrangements, touches of gold, and a romantic ambiance.

The pair met back in 2012 through Chris’ love of photography, and they’ve hit it off ever since. Chris later proposed to Victoria in November 2019.

The soon-to-be newlyweds began their fall wedding day with a first look at the historic hotel in Downtown Nashville, the Hermitage. Victoria was dressed in an A-line gown with a sweetheart neckline and embroidered lace.

As for the rest of the wedding party, the bridesmaids were in mix-and-match deep green dresses in different fabrics, and the groomsmen wore classic suits with silky green ties.

The Cumberland space of The Bridge Building was set with a floating floral install that served as the ceremony and sweetheart table backdrop, Edison bulb lighting for a warm glow, black chairs, and a city view.

Once the newlyweds said “I do,” guests enjoyed a few delectable appetizers, including fresh oysters, bacon-wrapped dates, and smoked trout, on the riverfront patio while the Infinity staff flipped the space for the reception.

In exchange for their place card to find their seats, guests were encouraged to snap a quick Polaroid photo to leave for the couple as an alternative to a traditional guestbook.

For the reception, the tables were set with black linens, gold chargers, vintage-inspired glassware, and black taper candles in brass candlesticks inside hurricane vases, along with moody floral arrangements featuring shades of mauve and purple, dark greenery, and dainty white flowers.

Guests enjoyed selections of filet mignon with grilled asparagus and white cheddar potato gratin, blackberry pork loin with sweet potato mash and broccolini, and sesame crusted yellowfin tuna with a daikon and carrot salad with teriyaki edamame soba noodles before grabbing a prepackaged Christie Cookie, a local favorite.

Victoria and Chris shared a sweet first dance to “I Love You Baby” by Frankie Valley before the DJ opened the dance floor and everyone celebrated the night away!

Anna Caroline and Matthew celebrated their nuptials with a dreamy rooftop ceremony and trendy reception at the Bridge Building, full of disco balls, baby’s breath arrangements, and celestial vibes with a retro style.

These lovebirds grew up together from preschool to high school and only started dating once they got to college in 2014, and the rest is history! Later on, Matthew got down on one knee and proposed in April 2020 on the Pedestrian Bridge.

Since the Bridge Building is connected to the bridge, their venue choice seemed almost a given. Anna Caroline later told us, “I toured about 4 to 5 venues before coming to the Bridge Building and knew immediately it was the one. The view and convenience of being downtown was too perfect for us!”

It was important to the pair that their guests ate, drank, and danced the night away! What more could you ask for?

On the big day, the rooftop was set with white drapery, free-standing baby’s breath arrangements at the altar, and hanging disco balls. Anna walked the aisle in a fitted mermaid gown and perfect bridal nails detailed with pearls, while her bridesmaids dressed in a mix of rust-colored and beige dresses in different styles.

The pair shared a sweet first look before the ceremony, but that didn’t stop the tears from flowing during the “I dos.” Afterwards, guests made their way to the riverfront to sip on some Pinot Grigio as the dinner stations were set in the main space. Stations included Mexican street corn, gourmet french fries, a mix of salads, and all the fixings.

Tables were decorated with silky linens, black taper candles, pink roses, and bundles of baby’s breath with silver stars intertwined for a celestial look to complete their on-trend and stylish design. And the rooftop turned into a retro vibe with disco balls and colorful lighting to set the mood.

Guests signed vinyl records and snagged a photo in front of a wall of silver streamers, disco balls, and a custom LED sign of Anna Caroline and Matthew’s newly-shared last name as they made their way to the dance floor. Custom cakes, one to look like a 6-pack of Miller Lite beer and one adorned in pearls, created by Crazi Cakes were ready to be served.

Before the night came to an end, Anna Caroline donned a silver cowboy hat and tulle gloves embroidered with the phrases “to have and to hold" on one hand and “to love and to cherish” on the other. She then danced the night way with her new husband Matthew and all their loved ones!

Tara and Bryan tied the knot on The Bridge Building rooftop with elegant decor and garden-inspired details full of whimsical vibes.

This sweet pair is originally from New York and moved to Nashville together a little over four years ago. Bryan popped the question after the big move, at none other than Arrington Vineyards!

Wanting to show off their new city, it was important that the venue be close to downtown, and The Bridge Building was the perfect place.

Tara and Bryan shared a sweet first look outside before saying their vows on the rooftop. The space was set with cascading pink drapery, greenery arrangements, and moody candle lighting.

Tara stunned in an off-the-shoulder ivory mermaid gown with stunning embroidered florals. Her gals rocked matching champagne dresses, while Bryan and his men were dressed in deep blue suits, perfect for this spring wedding.

After the two said “I do,” guests snacked on mini chicken and waffles, hot chicken biscuits, and fried green tomatoes while enjoying a signature cocktail created with tequila and lavender.

The Cumberland space was set with all white linens, industrial string lights, and bright floral centerpieces.

When guests found their seats, a plated dinner service began with selections of rosemary maple pork chops with sour cream whipped potatoes and broccolini, blackberry chicken with rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted heirloom carrots, and rigatoni primavera. Yum!

The night came to a close with lots of dancing, laughter, and a classic send-off under the pedestrian bridge. For more details on Tara and Bryan’s whimsical wedding day, keep scrolling!

Here’s a look back at Lauren and Patrick’s trendy wedding with a neutral color palette that we haven’t stopped dreaming about at The Bell Tower.

Lauren, from Nebraska, and Patrick, from Texas, met in Music City back in 2014 over some light-hearted fun on a well-known app, Tinder! The pair instantly hit it off and spent the next five years adventuring and growing together.

Knowing it would be tough to surprise Lauren, he chose a sweet at-home proposal surrounded by their friends and family. With approval from Lauren’s father and a reset diamond from Patrick’s mother, he tied a handmade sign around their shared furry friend and “finally” popped the question.

When it came to planning the big day, it was important to Lauren, an interior designer, that the setting and decor be just what she dreamed! Thankfully, with the help of many and The Bell Tower’s “beauty,” we did just that.

On their May wedding day, Lauren’s bridesmaids wore beige-colored dresses paired with soft pink bouquets, and Patrick’s groomsmen were all dressed up in matching tan suits and brown leather shoes.

The ceremony was held in the main space with lush greenery lining the aisles and a backdrop made with garlands of dried wax paper, created by Lauren and her mother.

After the vows, guests mingled for a cocktail hour and grabbed a custom koozie as Infinity staff flipped the ceremony space. The reception was designed with mixed table settings featuring minimalist yet trendy centerpieces, greenery runners, and neutral linens.

Guests found their seats for a dinner of lemon and herb baked chicken with broccolini and goat cheese polenta, smoked brisket with grilled corn and bacon whipped potatoes, and bourbon-glazed salmon with grilled asparagus and parmesan risotto.

Lauren and Patrick later shared their first dance to “On My Way to You” by Cody Johnson, followed by the sweetest father-daughter dance with a special performance by the groom. Then  the dance floor was opened, as was the tasting room, filling the night with lots of love and laughter!

The post Jordan + Zach’s Elegant Rustic Wedding appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

Last spring, Jordan and Zach had an elegant rustic wedding at The Bell Tower with blue details and a feather send-off.

Jordan, from Kentucky, and Zach, from Kansas, began their relationship with several double taps on their Instagram feed. After three months of Facetime and phone calls, Zach flew out to meet Jordan face to face, and the rest is history.

Zach popped the question outside a family member’s home as the couple was heading for a night out. He said he forgot his wallet inside but grabbed the ring instead, and then he got down on one knee right as it began to snow. To him, this moment felt like the “perfect time.”

“We actually toured The Bridge Building first and fell in love, but they were going to be closed for construction,” Jordan told us. “We loved everything about Infinity Hospitality, so then we found The Bell Tower. The old hardwood, the exposed beams, it was EXACTLY what we were looking for.”

It was important to the couple that their family and friends were able to enjoy the big day as one, and The Bell Tower helped them accomplish just that! The couple could hardly wait to say their “I dos.”

On March 6th, Jordan wore a fitted lace gown with long, loose curls. She held a large bouquet of ivory and blue florals with a pin of her loved ones attached to the stems. Zach, on the other hand, rocked a deep blue suit with a duck feather bowtie.

For the ceremony, Jordan and Zach shared traditional vows and Jordan’s grandfather’s Bible that was used in wedding ceremonies before hers.

After they were pronounced husband and wife, our team quickly flipped the main space for a dinner service full of Southern comforts, from smoked baby back ribs to grilled corn and whipped potatoes!

Jordan and Zach later shared their first dance to “More of You” by Chris Stapleton before leading a traditional Grand March to get everyone up and dancing for the reception.

Before the guests sent the newlyweds on their way, they grabbed a custom koozie and a Nothing Bundt Cake bundtlet.
