Emily and Tyler celebrated their nuptials with a sunny rooftop ceremony and reception full of whimsical wisteria at The Bridge Building.

These University of Georgia graduates met through mutual college friends at a New Year’s Eve Widespread Panic concert at none other than the Bridgestone Arena here in Nashville!

To keep with their Music City love story, Tyler popped the question before a Nashville Predators hockey game in the same arena where they first met. And when choosing their wedding venue, they recognized the Bridge Building on their way to a Titans football game and knew it would be the perfect spot.

When the wedding day arrived, Emily was dressed in an off-the-shoulder mermaid gown with pearl details, a slicked back classic bun, traditional white heels, and she carried a bouquet of peach and lavender blooms. Emily and Tyler opted out of a wedding party so their special day could feel as intimate as possible.

As the sun was setting over the Nashville skyline in the background, Emily and Tyler tied the knot between floral arrangements of peach, white, and lavender surrounded by a joyful audience of family and friends on the rooftop.

Afterwards, guests made their way to the riverfront patio to enjoy a couple passed apps of bacon wrapped shrimp, fried mac and cheese bites, mini chicken and waffles, and pepper jelly pimento bruschetta while the main space got its final touch for the reception.

The Cumberland space at The Bridge Building looked bright and dreamy with crisp white linens, gold chiavari chairs, and pink silk napkins at each table with elegant elevated centerpieces of white hydrangeas and peach blooms. Individually hung wisteria vines in pink, peach, and lavender stole the show; they surrounded a grand Maria chandelier at the center of the room, creating the most whimsical feel against the industrial beams of the space, while a greenery boxwood wall of champagne welcomed the guests into the reception and added to the dreamy ambiance.

Once guests found their seats, a plated dinner service began followed by a traditional first dance to “They Love Each Other” by The Grateful Dead, a champagne toast, and the cutting of the cake. Emily had a quick outfit change into a sparkling cocktail-style dress with white western boots, and they danced the night away with their loved ones!

Janie and Andrew had the New Orleans-style masquerade wedding reception of their dreams at The Bell Tower in October of last year— and it was a long time coming! They originally planned their wedding day in January earlier that year, but due to COVID, they were only able to hold their ceremony and had to postpone the reception.

While Janie is from Nashville, and Andrew is from New Orleans, they met in Nashville during a snowstorm right after Mardi Gras in 2015. Andrew was getting cabin fever from being cooped up in the snow, and Janie needed to blow off some steam from grad school. They both decided to take a shot on a blind date. One date turned into two, and on their second date someone interrupted their conversation to ask how long they had been married. Clearly they were on to something!

For their January ceremony, Janie looked beautiful in a classic sweetheart gown paired with a beaded hair comb. Her bridesmaids wore dresses in different shades of blue, and they all carried coordinating floral bouquets with varying white anemones, roses, and eucalyptus leaves. Andrew wore a classic black tuxedo, with a white floral boutonniere.

The October reception was a masquerade-style party filled with bright colors and wild, moody florals—which fit the date perfectly because it took place on Halloween! Our covered patio was decorated with a vibrant lounge area featuring pink and green velvet furniture from Spark Vintage Rentals and a moss-covered wall with a custom neon sign that read “Til Death Do Us Party.” The tables outside were dressed in soft pink satin linens, moody taper candles, brass candelabras, and bud vases with single stems inside.

After the cocktail hour guests gathered in the main space,  which was set with pink uplighting, crystal chandeliers, black linens, and velvet black drapery. The tables were adorned with large floral displays, full of red and pink roses, dried branches, moody leaves, and bright hanging flowers that tied in the masquerade theme.

Guests danced the night away, having the ultimate Halloween masquerade ball to celebrate the beautiful couple. Scroll on to see for yourself!

Kelsey and Carter’s traditional blue wedding at the Bell Tower was full of sweet details and fresh blooms.

This pair first met during their junior and senior year of college through mutual friends. After Carter graduated, and some time apart, he reached out to Kelsey asking her to join him on a coffee date. It was then they knew they had “something special.”

When it came time to propose, Carter knew just the spot. He set up a fun brunch for Kelsey and her best friends, knowing she would be photo-ready. Afterward, they secretly drove her to the Ellington Agricultural Center where Carter waited for her under the gazebo. Kelsey later told us, “My sister snapped all sorts of pictures, and Carter gave me a Bible with my new name, a candle he lit on special days in our relationship, and a ring. It was really special!”

Kelsey and Carter started searching for their perfect venue as soon as they were engaged. They knew they wanted to have a lot of people in Nashville, and the moment they stepped into the Bell Tower, they knew it was the one. “It was traditional and unique all at the same time. It took our breath away,” Kelsey said.

On the big day, Carter was one of the first to arrive and take it all in. Watching their day come together was one of his most memorable moments. For Kelsey, it was sharing a sweet first look with not only Carter, but her dad, too.

Kelsey and Carter shared their traditional vows under the Maria chandelier and cascading string lights by Nashville Lighting and Production

Afterward, Infinity staff flipped the main space with white and blue linens, gold chiavari chairs, and soft pink florals, as guests enjoyed a few savory bites on the patio.

When they found their seats, a plated dinner was served. Guests had a choice of smoked brisket with black-eyed pea salad and grilled corn, rosemary maple pork chop with Brussel sprouts and roasted fingerling potatoes, and maple mustard glazed chicken with brown sugar-glazed carrots and sour cream whipped potatoes.

Kelsey and Carter ended the night with a first dance to “Always Remember Us This Way” by Lady Gaga, and guests snagged a pretzel and bag of Muletown Coffee from Columbia, Tenn., before sending off the newlyweds!

Susie and Connar celebrated their love last April with a classic, modern wedding at The Bridge Building

The pair met during undergrad at Maryville College, just outside of Knoxville, and grew their relationship as they traveled around the world, all while working toward their master’s degrees. What a power couple!

Connar later popped the question while they were visiting his grandparents in his hometown of South Florida. On the way to dinner one night, he told Susie, “It’s so beautiful out. We should go take some pictures!” And the rest is history.

When it came to planning the big day, it was important for the couple to have all their loved ones in one place having a good time. And with both Susie and Connar’s mothers living in Nashville, they knew it would be the best location for their out-of-town guests!

When the day finally arrived, the rooftop was set with white draping, tall standing arrangements of greenery and white blooms, and lots of sunshine. Susie and Connar opted out of a first look so, when they saw each other for the first time during the ceremony, they knew they would remember the moment forever.

Susie stunned in a square-neck gown with a beaded belt and bouquet of white peonies, while Connar went with a classic black suit and bow tie. And let’s not forget their pup rocking a collar made of greenery!

Once vows were read, “I do’s” were said, and glass was broken, guests headed to a cocktail hour of yummy apps, including jumbo shrimp cocktail shooters, bacon-wrapped scallops, and beef tenderloin roulade.

In the Cumberland space, Infinity staff set the reception with white ghost chairs by White Door Events, white and gold accents, and  the Maria chandelier by Nashville Lighting and Production to create a classic, modern look.

Susie and Connar’s guests found their seats with a sweet take-home bud vase and had a plated dinner of rosemary pork chops with creamed kale and parmesan polenta fries, chicken cordon bleu with broccolini and parmesan Swiss potato gratin, and eggplant parmesan.

After everyone filled their bellies, the couple kicked off the night with a first dance to “Lucky” by Jason Mraz before 3rd Coast Entertainment took the night away with only the best hits.

As the night came to an end, guests grabbed a chocolate-covered walking stick from a shop in Knoxville and made their way to the Pedestrian Bridge to send the newlyweds off in a vintage platinum Bentley. Now that’s an exit!

We're wishing Tali and Josh a happy five-year anniversary! Their elegant and easygoing celebration at The Bell Tower was what spring wedding dreams are made of.

As they were planning their wedding, they knew they wanted a unique spring look with an emphasis on fun.

On the big day, Tali looked stunning in her sweetheart neckline dress with a floral lace pattern, and she wore her sister-in-law Rachel’s veil as a sweet way to incorporate family traditions. The structured bridal bouquet featured ivory peonies, blush pink roses, and a few lilac accents.

Josh kept it classic in his blue tux with monogrammed sleeves and gold fox cufflinks that showed off his fun personality and sense of style.

The bride and groom enjoyed a quiet first look at Vanderbilt before heading to the wedding venue to sign their beautifully personalized ketubah—a Jewish marriage contract.

As the ceremony began, they walked down an aisle lined with lanterns and ivory rose petals in a criss-cross pattern to stand together under a romantic chuppah featuring a soft, organic structure made up of small trees, delicate white blooms, and gold drapery from Nashville Audio Visual. It was a showstopper!

After the ceremony, guests made their way to the side patio and mezzanine to enjoy a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres while Infinity staff transformed the main space for the reception.

As the newlyweds were announced, they headed straight to the dance floor to share their first dance to Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud." Then it was time for emotional father-daughter and mother-son dances before the big cake cutting and blessings before the meal.

Long wooden tables for the wedding parties were filled with gorgeous floral arrangements—both tall glass arrangements and smaller clusters of roses and lilies in square glass containers—green pillar candles, and silver and gold satin napkins.

After dinner, it was time for the joyful hora, which kicked off a night of dancing. The couple refueled their guests with a late-night grilled cheese station to keep the party going, and the celebration ended with a flower petal send-off.

Congratulations to these two on their five years of wedded bliss! Keep scrolling for some elegant spring wedding inspiration filled with ivory, gold, and silver details.

Although it wasn’t the original day they had planned, Savannah and Jack’s whimsical summer micro wedding was filled with so much love and pops of color, and we loved being a part of it!

Their love story started back in college, where they met at a philanthropy event for a local children’s hospital—the University of Illinois Dance Marathon! After three years, their friendship blossomed into a relationship.

Jack decided to propose to Savannah in Chicago, her favorite city, with an elaborately planned day that included some of her friends and family.

When it was time to pick the reception venue, Savannah told us that it was love at first sight with The Bell Tower and our planning team.

"We could tell right off the bat that their level of professionalism was unparalleled. They worked with us to meet all of our needs for COVID-19 when our plans changed dramatically. I would recommend them to EVERYONE,” she said. We love a happy bride!

Their wedding day began with a sweet ceremony at Christ the King Catholic Church, and then they were showered with dried flower petals as they made their way to an intimate reception at The Bell Tower.

We couldn't help but fall for the sweet personal touches they incorporated into their big day. Savannah created a “love collage” for the reception, her grandmother called in to read a love poem that her family traditionally reads at weddings, and her mom made their table settings.

In the main space at The Bell Tower, guests sat down at a wooden farm table decorated with colorful wildflowers and white taper candles to enjoy a meal that started with plated appetizers.

Since the guest list was so small, everyone had the opportunity to share kind words about the bride and groom and make a toast. As it turns out, this was one of the most memorable moments of their wedding day!

After the meal, Savannah and Jack shared a sweet first dance to “When I Get My Hands On You” by The New Basement Tapes. They chose this song because they “love Bob Dylan, and the song [uses] original Bob Dylan lyrics that Marcus Mumford and other musicians then put music to.” Plus, “it's romantic and sweet, and we love dancing in our kitchen to it,” Savannah said. And isn’t that the whole point? We think so!

The rest of the day featured lots of laughter, quality family time, and dancing. Scroll on to see all of the details from Savannah and Jack’s whimsical summer micro wedding!

The post MEGAN + SCOTT’S SENTIMENTAL MICRO WEDDING appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

Today we're looking back on Megan and Scott's intimate July wedding. Their sentimental micro wedding at The Cannery Ballroom wasn’t what they originally planned, but according to Megan, “It was awesome. Every single thing about it was amazing.”

Before they started dating, Megan had been a bridesmaid 14 times, and Scott a groomsman 16 times, so they were pretty much wedding professionals. In a meet-cute worthy of a rom-com, they caught each other’s attention when they were in the same wedding in San Antonio, Texas. During the reception, they were standing at the bar and ordered the same drink, a classic bourbon. They struck up a conversation and found instant chemistry!

After a couple years of long-distance dating, Scott and Megan decided to tie the knot. Nashville was special since it was Scott’s former home, and their shared love of music made it easy for them to pick Cannery Ballroom as their venue.

“We toured other wedding venues, but when we toured Cannery, it just sort of felt good in our souls. It was the right call. We are so happy we picked that venue,” Megan said.

When the big day arrived, the spacious venue was absolutely filled with greenery. It adorned chandeliers, lined the candlelit aisle, and draped the top of their simple wood altar. But what was most important to Megan and Scott was making sure their guests felt safe and comfortable throughout the celebration. They even had monogrammed masks to hand out as a pre-wedding party favor!

They wanted to save their first look for the ceremony, so before the day kicked off, they opted for a back-to-back first toast (with bourbon, of course!) where they had a few moments alone to talk and pray together.

After they said “I do,” the chairs were immediately cleared and their closest friends started playing one of their favorite songs for a fun hybrid processional and first dance.

The reception was held nearby at the Country Music Hall of Fame where Megan and Scott were greeted with sweet virtual messages from all of the guests that couldn’t attend in-person. “Though different from what we planned, it was really, really cool,” the couple said.

Just as the newlyweds were leaving for the night, they saw a group of bachelorettes outside. Megan ran up to them and tossed her bouquet to the bride-to-be, which made for a perfect end to an incredible day!

Laura and John Robert’s modern classic wedding at Scarritt Bennett and The Bell Tower with icy blues and ivory touches will sure be one to remember.

In this modern-day love story, Laura and John Robert both “swiped right” on Bumble. "On our first date, we talked for hours, only leaving the coffee shop when its employees began to close for the night," Laura told us. "Wanting to continue our time together, we went for ice cream and walked around a popular Nashville neighborhood."

By the end of the night, both Laura and John Robert had the feeling they had finally found their forever person.

When John Robert later decided it was time to put a ring on it, he came to us. On August 24, 2018, he popped the question at The Bridge Building. The Pedestrian Bridge glowed with the words, "Laura, Will You Marry Me?" It just doesn't get sweeter than that!

They began their special day at Scarritt Bennett with lots of love and laughter. The bridal party popped a little bubbly before putting on their classic blue dresses, and the couple shared a touching moment during their first look before the ceremony began.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to The Bell Tower for a fun, dance-filled reception. Upon arrival, they indulged in some yummy hors d'oeuvres including candied bacon, pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta, french fry shooters, beef satay, brisket tacos, and hot chicken sliders. Dinner followed with an open buffet featuring a large assortment of selections. Safe to say no one left hungry!

Starting off the evening celebrations, Laura and John Robert shared their first dance to "Perfect" by Ed Sheeran to reminisce on the start of their journey.

After a memorable evening, the couple continued to dance their way through a tunnel of happy guests holding colorful maracas. John Robert gave Laura a final dip before heading off in their vintage blue car.

JANE + MARTIN’S ROMANTIC BLACK TIE WEDDING https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/jane-martin-romantic-black-tie-wedding/ Mon, 11 Mar 2019 20:18:28 +0000 https://blog.infinityeventsandcatering.com/?p=13828 A romantic summer wedding reception with The Cedar Lane at The Bell Tower.

The post JANE + MARTIN’S ROMANTIC BLACK TIE WEDDING appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

]]>

Vanderbilt sweethearts Jane and Martin envisioned a romantic black tie wedding reception where guests could gather in one room to celebrate.

With most guests visiting from other cities, it was most important to the couple that they really showcase their city.

Consequently, The Bell Tower ticked all their boxes. They loved its close proximity to Broadway and the expansive, open view from the upper mezzanine. It's perfect for ensuring no big moments are missed!

Designed by Jane's high school friend, a custom monogram was incorporated into the couple's timeless, calligraphed invitation suite.

They carried that same vibe into their reception design, opting for a soft, neutral color palette of ivory and blush with creamy, voluminous florals by LMA Designs.

Elegant gold bases held flickering white candles for added ambiance, while lush greenery was scattered throughout.

Jane looked regal in a dramatic strapless sweetheart Lea Ann Belter gown from White Dresses Boutique with a darling removable bow; and we're still not over it.

Her bridesmaids also stunned in the prettiest pale pink while Martin and the guys were dapper in crisp white tuxedo jackets and bow ties. Such a stylish crew!

The day began with a sentimental ceremony at the couple's home church, West End United Methodist Church.

Following, guests made their way to The Bell Tower for cocktail hour on the side patio. Light bites including chicken salad phyllo cups, country ham biscuits, and mini brisket tacos made their rounds as guests mingled.

Afterward, the reception kicked off with Jane's grandfather, a former radio announcer, announcing the bridal party into the room with gusto. He brought so much life to their entrance!

After a champagne toast to the couple, dinner was served. Table-side wine service kept glasses full and Infinity summer favorite grilled peach salads began the meal. Entrees included herb-roasted pork loin, lemon and herb baked chicken breast, and eggplant parmesan for vegetarian guests.

Later in the evening, Burning Las Vegas brought the house down in true Music City style with a roaring dance party that was one for the books.

And for dessert, a lavish four-tiered cake by Dessert Designs by Leland made mouths water!
