]]>We loved helping Vanderbilt University host a VIP dinner experience for their top donors to kick off the 2022 homecoming week.
For the design, we collaborated with Forget Me Not Designs, Nashville Lighting and Production, BBJ Linens, Please Be Seated, and White Door Events to create an inviting space with black and gold in honor of the school colors. The main space was set with mixed seating of comfortable lounge booths and modern gold chairs with all black linens and retro signage. Modern Sputnik pendant lights hung from the industrial beams of The Bridge Building, and bright arrangements of red and purple blooms sat atop each table.
Beginning with cocktail hour, guests were treated to top notch wine selections and a riverfront bar that overlooked all of downtown Nashville. While mixing and mingling, they snacked on ahi tuna, butternut goat cheese stuffed mushroom, braised short rib, antipasto skewers, and more.
So what else was on the menu for this Vanderbilt VIP dinner? Filet mignon in a red wine demi-glace with a crab cake addition and grilled asparagus and truffled pommel puree, followed by an assortment of plated desserts such as mini strawberry pretzel icebox pie, sea salt caramel cake, and, of course, a Nashville favorite— house-made Goo Goo Clusters. Talk about bon appétit!
Guests enjoyed live performances during the evening and, when they were ready to stretch their legs, they made their way to the main patio. The space was set with red drapery, string lights, and lounge areas— perfect for good company and conversation.

]]>The Bell Tower was happy to host Big Machine Label Group’s CMA Awards After Party to celebrate country music's biggest night. The event was filled with vintage-inspired decor, an abundance of velvet, and Sputnik chandelier lighting that created the most amazing speakeasy feel.
The invite only, ultra-exclusive event was attended by artists, celebrities, and tastemakers. From the moment they first hit the red carpet, partygoers were met with an event unlike any other! The Bell Tower provided a unique experience at every turn.
The mezzanine and main space were set with cocktail tables dressed in rich red velvet linens and votive candles in mercury glass holders. There were mid-century modern Sputnik chandeliers hanging above to add to the vintage-inspired feel. The grand staircase encompassed all the moody, vintage vibes with an array of blooms and greenery—both dried and fresh in shades of mauve, red, and pink, beautifully created by Lauren Marie Atkinson Designs.
Aside from the tables, cozy lounge areas were set up around the entire space to create areas for guests to get comfortable with one of the event’s signature drinks. Each lounge area featured velvet sofas and chairs, antique trunks, brass coffee tables, and decor that really brought in the vintage vibes and speakeasy feel. From clothbound books to antique brass candlesticks, plus candles in apothecary jars, the lounge areas were stunning!
The Bell Tower’s covered patio was completely transformed with floor-to-ceiling dark red velvet drapes that wrapped the entire space. Rows of curtain string lights hung from the ceiling, while large branded marquee letters lit up the space from the side. It was set with a dark wood bar, and more cocktail tables decorated with velvet linens, moody candle lighting, plus another cozy lounge area that truly made it feel like a vintage speakeasy!
During the event, Big Machine’s president and CEO Scott Borchetta raised a glass to the evening, which was sponsored by Bojangles, City National Bank, HEYDUDE Shoes, Paddywax Candles and SHEIN. HEYDUDE even had a branded shoe giveaway that was a total hit among the guest!
An evening filled with delicious food, flowing drinks, a live DJ, and thoughtful brand integrations that came together with the grandest yet cool and comfortable speakeasy vibe. Keep scrolling to see more!

]]>Baylor University’s president Linda A. Livingstone hosted the “Give Light” fundraising campaign at The Bell Tower with an industrial style, greenery decor, and loads of personal touches.
In the main space, a stage was set for live performances and stories by Baylor alumni, rising songwriter Trannie S. Anderson, CMA Chairman and songwriter Jim Beavers, and Grammy Award-winning songwriter and producer Brett James. Rustic, industrial Renaissance chandeliers hung from above, illuminating the dark wood farmhouse tables below. They were decorated with a mix of greenery runners and small vases with dainty arrangements of white flowers and more greenery, as well as votive candles for a soft glow.
For that personalized touch, the venue’s beloved arch windows were adorned with faux stained glass made by AMP, and the Baylor University logo was projected in the covered patio space by Nashville Lighting and Production.
Lounge areas were also set on the patio with chic cowhide rugs, modern leather sofas, and simple centerpieces of white florals and greenery in gold vases. Smaller versions of the Renaissance chandeliers hung from above, wrapped in magnolia leaves to create a cohesive look.
There were drink stations placed on the patio and the in-house chefs served passed apps of mini chicken and waffles, arancini, mini beef wellingtons, and individual pre-set charcuteries!
Dinner stations were later displayed with slider selections consisting of beef tenderloin, caprese, crab cakes, and Southern comforts. But that’s not all! Later, desserts of miniature pecan pies, chocolate mousse pies, and cherry pies were set out for guests.

]]>The post Expert Tips for Safely Planning Your Corporate Event appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.
]]>As we continue to navigate uncertain times during the global coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to share several ways to hold a corporate event while keeping the safety and health of your guests at the forefront.
From how to serve your food to creating sanitation stations, read five of our favorite tips below!
First and foremost, set some guidelines ahead of your event. Will masks be required? Will social distancing be enforced? Will proof of vaccination or a negative test be required? Decide what kinds of policies you want in place, if any, and make sure your employees and guests know beforehand so they can come prepared.
“Social bracelets” have been a popular way for attendees to share how comfortable they are with contact. You could set out color-coded options at the entrance of your event and ask each guest to take one. The most common colors are green (good to go), yellow (feeling cautious), and red (no contact).
You can’t go wrong with a couple sanitization stations—two or three small tables around your event with hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, disposable masks, or anything else you think guests might want or need.
Put hand sanitizer on the corner of bars, food service tables, or anywhere else people might be reaching for something. Noticeable signage for bathrooms and hand-washing is a must!
As much as we love a good buffet or self-serve beverage stations, sharing isn’t always caring— at least not these days! If you plan to include food and drinks at your event, there are a few ways to keep things safe and keep everybody’s hands out of the way.
For appetizers, go for single-serve options instead of large table spreads or interactive stations. For dinner, forgo the buffet and plan for a plated or seated meal. Have your heart set on stations? Chef-manned stations will be your best bet. This prevents multiple people from touching the same utensils throughout the event. And for drinks, opt for serving them from the bar instead of any self-serve stations.
Corporate events usually include some kind of handout, whether it’s a gift, freebie, or simply a program outlining the event’s timeline. However, with safety top of mind, it’s best to keep these things digital right now.
For event programs and information, set up a QR code and put small signs around your event for them to scan with their phones and receive the documents they need.
As for gifts, there are more digital options than you think! From e-gift cards, coupons, and free trials, there is something out there that will fit your brand and still excite your attendees. And those who opt to stay at home can be a part of the fun, too!
Have some employees or guests who are hesitant to attend or not ready to travel? Add a digital element to your event to keep them engaged. Nashville Lighting & Production can handle any audio, visual, and digital technology you may need. From a planned Zoom conference call or livestream of the event, there are several ways guests from far and wide can be included. This way, they’ll be able to enjoy any speeches, seminars, or live music from the comfort of their homes.
