]]>Kasey and George imagined a classic natural wedding at The Bell Tower where everyone could have a great time and enjoy the moment.
This sweet pair met through a mutual friend in college while Kasey was in undergrad and George in law school. "We were friends for about a year before we began dating," Kasey told us. "Over nine years later, we finally got married!"
As for the proposal, George had a hard time surprising Kasey, but it was just as sweet as if he had. "George wanted to surprise me, but after all the years it was proving to be quite difficult, along with picking out the right ring," Kasey said.
"He proposed with a paperclip ring just the two of us," she continued. "The next day, we picked out a ring together and the planning began."
Their first task? Finding the perfect location and venue. "Nashville has always been quite special to us and we knew we wanted somewhere different from where we live in Illinois and from where I grew up in Texas," Kasey told us.
"We visited a few places in Nashville and actually ended up canceling the rest of the venue tours after we saw The Bell Tower. We knew it was perfect for us!"
And we're so glad they did! Since the couple envisioned a classic natural vibe in shades of ivory and gray, we brought in Forget Me Not Designs to work her magic.
She covered the space in soft, white florals and bundles of eucalyptus, which popped beautifully against dove gray linens from Music City Tents.
For their ceremony, a rectangular arch adorned with sweet spray roses and greenery framed the altar.
And for Kasey's most memorable moment of the day? "The moment we realized all the planning and details came together to one fantastic event," Kasey told us. "Everyone seemed to really enjoy it and that was pretty amazing!"
After cocktail hour on the patio, the reception kicked off in the main space. The same arch used to frame the ceremony altar was used to frame the sweetheart table with a stylish linen loveseat from Please Be Seated to stay cozy.
Plated dinner began with biscuits and honey butter and roasted pear and fennel salads. Nashville favorites served included house hickory smoked pulled pork and buttermilk fried chicken breast served with caramelized onion potatoes and southern style green beans.
Proving that all you really need is love and donuts, the couple cut into a simple naked cake and shared a donut from our custom donut wall with donuts from Fox's Donut Den for dessert.

]]>Danielle and Jordan made it official on a bright winter afternoon with a natural blue wedding at The Bridge Building.
An icy palette of cool blue hues with ivory, gold accents and plenty of natural eucalypti by Forget Me Not Designs resulted in a winter wonderland with a modern southern twist.
After a breathtaking first look on the riverfront, Danielle's most memorable moment of the day, they exchanged vows framed by a rectangular greenery arch on the rooftop.
Following, guests lounged comfortably on velvet lounge furniture by 12th Table and enjoyed light bites during cocktail hour.
Fun calligraphed signage by White Ink Calligraphy and shimmering, patterned linens by BBJ Linen were fun modern touches.
Additionally, Details Nashville totally hooked it up with an awesome photo booth! Guests had a blast taking fun snapshots throughout the night.
Passed hors d'oeuvres included Nashville favorites hot chicken sliders, fried mac and cheese, bacon-wrapped shrimp, and BBQ chicken flatbread. We'll take one of each, please!
Afterward, guests made their way to the buffet for dinner. Entrees included baseball cut sirloin, seared ahi tuna, and four cheese macaroni with southern style green beans and cheddar cheese and chive smashed potatoes.
Later, they danced to "Just Breathe" by Pearl Jam for their first dance. "We both love Pearl Jam and wanted to choose a song that was non-traditional," Danielle told us. "We wanted our guests to get a little taste of what we like."
For dessert, our chocolate lovin' couple treated their guests to a mouthwatering brownie sundae station with all the fixings. Because all you need is love and chocolate, right?
To wrap up the evening, they made a stylish getaway into what is quite possibly our favorite "something borrowed" to date!
As guests waved fun, personalized rally towels to honor the couples' love of sports, they sped off in Danielle's grandfather's Rolls Royce, her most favorite car.

]]>Hannah and Taylor tied the knot with a classic champagne wedding beginning on a perfect fall afternoon at Scarritt Bennett and followed by an elegant reception at The Bell Tower.
This sweet pair met here in Nashville during the summer of 2016. The rest is history and Taylor later asked Hannah to be his wife at her family's lake house.
Above all, this couple envisioned an elegant, classic evening filled with family, friends and a good time.
The day began with a stunning ceremony at Scarritt Bennett. Guests entered through a breathtaking custom floral archway by Forget Me Not Designs, while white hydrangeas marked the end of each pew.
After Hannah and Taylor said "I do," guests made their way to The Bell Tower. We transformed the space into a romantic oasis from top to bottom. String lights draped from the beams and a stand-out chandelier hung in the middle of the space. Champagne-hued linens paired perfectly with black Chivari chairs from Music City Tents while creamy florals sat on each table.
During cocktail hour, guests relaxed with a drink or two in a chic lounge area courtesy of Please Be Seated.
Following, guests sat down to an elegant plated dinner and toasted to the happy couple with a glass of champagne. Entrees served included chef-carved slow-roasted prime rib with garlic smashed new potatoes and honey balsamic chicken with parmesan risotto.
And we never forget the kiddos! Since quite a few children were in attendance, we made sure to keep the crispy chicken tenders and fries comin' to keep their little tummies happy.
After dinner, guests looked on from the mezzanine as the couple danced as husband and wife for the first time.
"That was one of my favorite parts of our whole day," Hannah told us. "Bryce and Bethany sang the best stripped-down version of LANY'S 'ILYSB' which is one of our favorite songs. Taylor suggested it and when we listened to it, we both got tears in our eyes!"
An epic dance party then ensued and boy was it one for the books! "No one left the dance floor until they had to organize the send-off!" Hannah told us.
To wrap up, the couple left through a tunnel of white maracas in one of our most memorable send-offs!
"Maracas have been a big part of celebrations in my family ever since I was in kindergarten, so it was perfect," Hannah said. "Especially because I was too scared to run through sparklers!"

]]>Ashley and Justin celebrated their marriage with a romantic blush wedding at The Bridge Building.
These two met at work and knew it was love. Because Ashley is hard to surprise, Justin proposed after she had just gone to the eye doctor and her eyes were still dilated. Since it was the only way he knew he could pull it off!
From the first time we spoke, they knew they wanted a beautifully elegant wedding. And loved the idea of ethereal draping and lots of fresh florals.
The Cumberland space was transformed into an undeniably romantic room, with ballet slipper pink and snow white florals by PS Designs covering almost every surface.
Since they wanted the space to feel as upscale as possible, they opted for a stunning floral ring suspended with blush draping above the altar. It later served as a beautiful focal point for the reception hanging over the head table.
It was an absolutely beautiful day and as a result, Ashley and Justin utilized the riverfront patio and its jaw-dropping backdrop for their picturesque first look.
After a heartfelt ceremony, guests enjoyed a sunny cocktail hour on the patio. Where they sipped margaritas, the couple's signature cocktail, and martinis from Infinity's specialty martini bar.
Light bites included tomato bisque and mini grilled cheese, candied bacon, and maple bacon chicken skewers. Because you can truly never have enough bacon!
Shortly after, guests were served a plated dinner. Entrees included bourbon-glazed salmon served with sautéed haricots vert and sweet potato praline casserole. As well as maple mustard-glazed chicken served with roasted brussels sprouts and caramelized onion and bacon whipped potatoes.
To wrap up, Ashley tossed her bouquet out on the riverfront. And boy was it a fun spot to tick off that wedding tradition!
We love that the photos captured not only the moment but the entire Nashville skyline as well. It's such a great spot for bride's to use!

]]>Leaders in material science and engineering, Arconic recognized exceptional employees in front of a global audience with a modern, elegant awards banquet at The Bridge Building.
The building's industrial vibe was complemented by a contemporary color palette of navy and gray with marble accents.
Our client didn't want to use too much color, so bright white florals in marble vases by LMA Designs added an elegant touch. Infinity's production team kept the vibe intimate yet minimal with modern string lighting.
Since top-notch service was crucial, we pulled out all the stops. With a full premium bar, table-side wine service, a specialty bourbon tasting bar and even gluten-free beer!
And because we never encourage drinking on an empty stomach, passed hors d'oeuvres were at the ready for cocktail hour upon arrival.
Hearty bites included crispy herbed risotto balls, margarita flatbread, candied bacon deviled eggs, shrimp and polenta, brisket tacos, and miniature chicken and waffles.
Afterwards, plated dinner was served. The meal began with artisan rolls with honey butter and pear and cranberry salads.
Entrées included bourbon glazed salmon, baseball cut sirloin and rigatoni primavera, ensuring there was something for everyone!
And for guests with any room left, Infinity's decadent flourless chocolate cake made mouths water and table-side coffee service rounded out the meal as the awards presentation began.

]]>Middle school sweethearts Chloe and Drew celebrated their road to love with a fun musical wedding at The Bell Tower.
It was most important to these two lovebirds that their wedding be faith-driven and meaningful with a massive party afterward! What ensued was just that, with a few surprises tucked in.
Their day began with a hilariously unexpected first look at Long Hunter State Park in Mt. Juliet. But little did Drew know that Chloe put up his brother and Best Man Jackson to prank him to break the ice!
As Drew anxiously waited for Chloe with his back turned, Jackson tapped his shoulder instead. Dressed in their mom's wedding dress and holding Chloe's bouquet, Drew took a moment to register what was happening and cracked right up! It was the sweetest, funniest moment between these two loving brothers. Keep scrolling to see it all caught on video.
After their real first look, Chloe and Drew departed to The Bell Tower for a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony between the windows.
Before the ceremony began, the pair were separated and the groomsmen and bridesmaids initiated prayer circles for them both. It was such a special moment for the soon-to-be newlyweds.
After the ceremony, cocktail hour took place on the patio where guests snacked on cranberry bruschetta and mini chicken and waffles. In true Nashville style!
Then came the big entrance and boy was it a showstopper! After taking a few moments to themselves to let it all sink in, Chloe and Drew emerged at the top of the mezzanine staircase with microphones in hand.
To everyone's surprise, Chloe and Drew made their first entrance as husband and wife by singing their own original version of “End Game” by Taylor Swift. It was truly a moment we will never forget. Keep scrolling to see their performance on video.
Because music is such a huge part of their lives, Chloe and Drew incorporated live bands into their reception along with a personalized playlist they created from scratch.
From cocktail hour to dinner to their live bands playing at their reception, every song was specifically selected by the couple.
Their bands consisted entirely of friends and family who interchanged for a total of four different live bands! It was so fun to get everyone involved in the reception and to hear their friends and family play.
When we caught up with Chloe, she told us that her favorite moment of the wedding was when Drew surprised her with a song he wrote for their first dance.
"It was the sweetest moment when I stepped out on the dance floor and heard the lyrics that my husband had written about us and our wedding day," she told us. "It was so romantic and heartfelt. I even shed a few tears on the dance floor!" Us too Chloe, us too!
Individual tiles engraved with Chloe and Drew's wedding logo and the name of each guest sat at every place setting with a guitar pick to take home. Shoutout to Gardenhouse Pottery!
After one heck of a party, guests sent this adorable couple off through a tunnel of sparklers down 4th Ave S.

]]>Lindsay and Brian kicked off their wedding weekend in style with an alfresco-inspired rehearsal dinner and welcome party at The Bell Tower.
With Lindsay being a Nashville native and Brian from Connecticut, they really wanted to introduce his family to the city. It was most important to them that they express their love and appreciation to their guests for traveling, and to give them an authentic Nashville experience with plenty of southern hospitality!
The couple hoped to create a truly alfresco experience within the space. So, we brought the outdoors in!
The overall design was evident from the get-go, with a beautiful invitation suite by Momental Designs depicting a sketch of The Bell Tower to set the tone.
The evening also included live trees from Green Resources, Infinity wooden farm tables and rustic arrangements by LMA Designs, which really put guests in an outdoor mindset.
Since a true southern experience was the goal, that also meant a southern-inspired menu!
During cocktail hour, guests noshed on refreshing summer bites like cranberry bruschetta and tequila-infused watermelon. Heartier selections included candied bacon, mint raspberry lamb lollipops and fried oysters.
Afterward, guests enjoyed table-side wine service as they sat down to pre-set watermelon salads before a plated dinner. Entrees included house-smoked baby back ribs and buttermilk fried chicken breast.
And it doesn't stop there! More guests joined afterward for the welcome party and were treated to late night bites of brisket tacos and hot chicken sliders.
For any guests with particularly sweet teeth, an Infinity dessert station opened with s'mores, tiramisu and strawberry shortcake shooters.
They capped off the night with specialty whiskey and bourbon tastings in the Tasting Room.

]]>Rebecca and Tyler's dreamy, spiritual wedding at The Bell Tower was ultra-romantic and beautifully meaningful.
From the moment we first met, Rebecca knew she wanted a soft, romantic and airy feeling on her wedding day. The couple transformed the masculine architecture of the space with draping and light linens, creating a calm and spiritual atmosphere.
To start the celebration Rebecca and Tyler opted for a first look, and it was precious! As Rebecca walked towards her groom, you could see the giddiness of anticipation in both of them. Tyler was overcome with emotions when he saw his beautiful bride for the first time. It was everything you want in a first look.
As guests arrived, they were invited to sign a custom wooden sign in lieu of a guestbook. It was the perfect touch for them and will be a keepsake they can hang in their home for years to come.
Shortly after, the ceremony began. My favorite part of the day was hearing them read their own vows. It was so special to hear how much they love each other and how important the day was to them. After hearing their words, you could feel their love.
Cocktail hour kicked off on the patio after the ceremony. Light bites included our pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta, hot chicken sliders and candied bacon deviled eggs.
For dinner, family and friends made their way to a buffet of lemon and herb baked chicken, four cheese macaroni, rosemary roasted new potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts.
As the evening came to a close, guests grabbed Ghirardelli squares and Goo Goo Clusters for a late night treat.
The couple was sent off through a tunnel of silver streamers surrounded by their family and friends. Despite getting tangled in the popped streamers, Rebecca and Tyler were glowing as they ran out the door to their getaway car.
