Today we're looking back on Maddie and Jordan's moody, modern fall wedding day at The Bridge Building, and trust us— it's what wedding dreams are made of.

From the moment we met this pair, we could see their love! Celebrating the next chapter of their lives with a fun mix-and-mingle atmosphere with lovely vibes was most important to them, and we couldn't wait to get started.

The big day began with a moving first look in downtown Nashville, and they could hardly wait to see each other in their wedding day attire. Jordan rocked a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes, in addition to a feathered bowtie. As for Maddie, she chose a star-embroidered gown by Rue De Seine. But the style didn't stop with these two! Instead of bouquets, Maddie's bridesmaids donned floral necklaces, and we're obsessed! What a unique alternative to the traditional bridesmaid bouquet.

Their heartfelt ceremony took place below a tropical greenery ring with a candlelit aisle and not a dry eye in sight.

After Maddie and Jordan said their "I dos," guests enjoyed beer and wine on the rooftop while the main space was being transformed for the reception. Black linens from Music City Tents were perfect for the moody atmosphere, along with a modern show-stopping cake by Baked in Nashville and a fun photo booth for added personality.

Shortly after, food stations opened for dinner with a trio of salads to start. Guests then chose from selections of assorted grilled flatbreads, chicken and waffles, and more. When they'd had enough to eat, everyone hit the dance floor with the lovely newlyweds and made memories of a lifetime!

Jessica and Jordan had blue summer wedding ceremony and reception with elegant details at The Bell Tower.

The pair met in 2015 during orientation at their new jobs. Shortly after, they realized they had a bit more in common than just their career path! Jordan proposed to Jessica three years later in Hilton Head under the Harbor Town lighthouse.

They decided to share their vows with friends and family in Nashville. Jessica told us they "loved the traditional meets modern, the location, and the historic church setting" of The Bell Tower.

It was important that the day went smoothly, and with a full event team, Jessica didn't have to worry about a thing! The day started with a first look between Jessica and Jordan, followed by first looks with her dad, brother, and grandparents. All were swooning over Jessica's elegant bridal look in her Essense of Australia gown.

Jessica and Jordan later said their traditional vows, between the tall arched windows of The Bell Tower's main space before guests enjoyed a cocktail hour on the patio, complete with chardonnay and passed hors d'oeuvres.

Once guests found their seats for the reception, plated dinner service by the in-house catering team began. Options included fried chicken with green beans and mashed potatoes or roasted pork loin with Brussel sprouts and garlic parmesan potatoes.

Jessica and Jordan ended their night with a secret last dance to a beloved Elvis Presley song before exiting through a glow stick send-off!

Emily and Will celebrated their nuptials with a class fall wedding ceremony at Christ The King Catholic Church followed by a fun reception at The Bridge Building in downtown Nashville.

These two first met on the Emory & Henry College campus in southwest Virginia. They both played soccer for the college and met during the preseason their freshman year. A friendship quickly began, but after a few late-night talks and breakfast dates, they grew much closer. Three years later, Will got down on one knee and asked Emily to be his forever on the beloved Nashville Pedestrian Bridge.

Since Nashville was near and dear to their hearts, they knew it was the perfect place to continue this next chapter of their lives.

Their wedding day began with a beautiful and traditional ceremony at Christ The King Catholic Church, before heading downtown for the reception.

Emily had her gals dressed in deep burgundy gowns with bouquets full of ivory florals and sprigs of greenery. In addition, the groomsmen wore classic black suits, while Will went with a patterned gray coat and a velvet bowtie.

When guests arrived at The Bridge Building, white and black linens, gold chargers, and little ivory pumpkins dressed up the main space in subtle fall style. Passed hors d'oeuvres of candied bacon, fried green tomatoes, margarita flatbread, and tomato bruschetta greeted them upon arrival.

Shortly after, guests took their seats to a plated dinner with the choice of sirloin steak or rosemary chicken. Entrees were dressed with delicious sides like truffle cheddar crusted brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes and southern style green beans.

"All of Me" by John Legend was Emily and Will's pick for their first dance. "When the song first came out Will told me that the song reminded him of us," Emily told us. "That memory stuck with us years later." Swoon!

Amid the excitement and rush of the evening, the couple stepped outside just in time to catch the sunset. "The sun was setting behind the city, and it was the most beautiful sunset," Emily said. "So many of our guests were sitting outside enjoying conversation and it was a beautiful, calm moment."

After a night of dancing and laughs, guests sent Emily and Will off to their 1950's Rolls Royce with bubbles.

Did you hear the news? This Beyonce-loving bride and her new hubby went viral! Allie knew she found the one when Tyler passed The Official Allie Davis Relationship Test. The test featured a series of questions about the one and only Bey and some of her other favorite pop artists.

Shortly after she posted the results to her Twitter page, it was an absolute hit, and people start following along with their relationship. When Tyler finally decided to "put a ring on it," he proposed under the traditional arches on their college campus back in Oxford, Ohio.

Allie and Tyler tied the knot with a romantic wedding at The Bell Tower filled with personality, and of course, plenty of Bey. These two wanted a classic, romantic feel with colors of black, white, and gold incorporated into their day. But most importantly, they wanted to include their fun personalities.

"We did little video interludes to give background on our relationship and give guests an idea of what was coming next," Allie told us. The videos were all inspired by Beyonce concerts.

But that wasn't the only thing Beyonce-inspired. Allie's mom made personalized candles for their guests with a beehive on it. "It was a way of inducting our guests into the Beyhive," Allie told us.

As for the music, it was basically Bey only. During the ceremony, Tyler walked down the aisle to “Halo,” followed by Allie's staircase entrance to “Ave Maria." The wedding party was then introduced into the reception to “Crazy In Love.”

To end a memorable day of laughter and dancing, Allie and Tyler sang "Piano Man," with their college friends before running through a sparkler lit tunnel.

Allison and Ben had a classic plum wedding ceremony and reception at The Bell Tower full of all things fun!

This pair met in 2018 while Allison worked at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville and Ben was in Huntsville, Ala. Allison wasn't too interested in trying a long-distance relationship, however, they decided to give it a shot. And thank goodness they did!

Their first date was supposed to be at Arrington Vineyards, but due to weather conditions, they settled on something different. Since this location was on their "bucket list," Ben thought it would be just the place for a sweet proposal. With a big surprise in store, Ben made sure to have a photographer ready to capture the moment. The couple enjoyed a wine tasting, a simple picnic, and then one life-changing question.

When Allison and Ben began looking for venues, they decided on the classic look of The Bell Tower. They also told us that they were "excited to be able to have the ceremony and reception all in one place." A bonus for sure!

While the Infinity team set up the main space with help from our friendors, Allison shared a first look with not only her now hubby, but with her dad and brother as well. Nothing gets you ready for the day like pure reactions from loved ones, especially if you're in your mom's wedding dress! Which Allison had redesigned by Karen Hendrix Couture.

Later during the ceremony, Allison and Ben shared unity sand pouring to symbolize everything that they have and will become in the future together. Afterward, the ceremony was transformed into a classic reception of ivory linens and plum florals while guests snacked on hors d'oeuvres on the patio. All of which included fried mac n' cheese, coconut crusted shrimp, candied bacon, pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta, tomato bisque with mini grilled cheeses, and lastly, candied bacon deviled eggs.

Allison and Ben had a fun choreographed first dance by Nashville Wedding Dance to "Shut up and Dance" by Anchor and Bell. But, the dancing didn't stop there.

Once the DJ encouraged guests to get ready for the sparkler send-off, this fun-loving couple thoroughly enjoyed a secret last dance to Tina Turner's "The Best."

Kelly and Fred made it official with a summer wedding at The Bridge Building with a little help from our friendors.

These two met through mutual friends before Fred reached out to ask Kelly on a date, to which she accepted. Little did Fred know, Kelly decided to invite one of her friends to third wheel on the date since she didn't know him very well. It was much to Fred's surprise when he saw his beautiful date and a trusty friend by her side!

Fast forward to New Year's Eve, Kelly and Fred spent the evening in Atlanta with some friends. Of course it was a packed night no matter where they went, but after an Uber (or five), a little rain, and some minor frustration, they went into the new year as an engaged couple.

Once the wedding planning began, Kelly and Fred knew they wanted a venue located in downtown Nashville, and The Bridge Building was at the top of their list.

"We fell in love with The Bridge Building’s breathtaking views of downtown and the Cumberland River the moment we saw it," Kelly told us. "This was the first venue we visited... and we immediately cancelled our other tours."

"The fact that it was a one-stop-shop was also a major deal breaker," she continued. "I love that you not only provided an amazing venue but that it came with event coordinators and access to vendors."

Now let's get these two married!

Following some of the cutest flower girls ever, Kelly's mom walked her down the aisle to meet her handsome groom and bridesmaids dressed in shades of lavender and soft pink.

Making sure the day was as easy going as possible was most important to the couple, but they could also hardly wait to get on the dance floor!

The bride and groom took the first twirl to “Best Part” by H.E.R. ft. Daniel Cesar, followed by a traditional hymn that Fred's fraternity brothers sang to them.

To wrap up the evening, guests enjoyed a sweet piece of Nashville Sweets cake and received complimentary mints from the bride and groom.

When we asked the couple what their most memorable part of the day was, they said it was when "the dance floor opened and we finally got to let loose and really celebrate with our friends and family!"

We loved helping Roku host a refined southern corporate dinner at The Bridge Building for their third annual client event.

Coupling a great menu with a chic neutral palette and pastel-hued florals by Forget Me Not Designs, the evening was a blast for all who attended.

As guests arrived, cocktail hour kicked off on the patio where the company logo was projected onto the Pedestrian Bridge. They sipped the signature cocktail of the evening, a refreshing Roku Rita, made with tequila, triple sec, agave, lime juice, with a salted rim and a lime wedge. Light bites made the rounds including pepper jelly pimento cheese bruschetta, shrimp and grits bites, bacon-wrapped scallops, and more.

Meanwhile, inside the Cumberland space, ivory tables with light wooden chairs and soft florals created a stylish and inviting atmosphere.

As guests took their seats, Roku iced cookies in company colors by Baked in Nashville were waiting at each place setting as a take-home treat. Along with kale salads and artisan rolls with sun-dried tomato butter to start.

For dinner, guests perused the buffet with options for all and enjoyed table-side wine service. Selections included baseball cut sirloin with pearl couscous and rosemary roasted fingerling potatoes, and pine nut encrusted salmon with sautéed haricots verts.

For a sweet surprise, guests indulged in donuts from our cinnamon sugar donut station for dessert. With delectable toppings including bourbon salted caramel, chai whipped cream, and orange chocolate sauce. Yes, to all!

Samantha and Reece made it official with a cheery spring wedding on a sunny afternoon at The Bell Tower.

This sweet couple met when they were set up by mutual friends. "We were living in different states and met in Nashville one weekend with our friends," Samantha told us.

They knew it was meant to be, and Reece later proposed at the Opryland Hotel after a romantic dinner while the two were staying there for a Valentine's Day/pre-deployment celebration. With Nashville near and dear to their hearts, they decided it was only right to tie the knot here as well.

After visiting a few venues, they chose the The Bell Tower as they loved the character of the building, its convenient downtown location, and general ambiance.

For the big day, a rustic vibe paired with a sunny modern palette of navy blue and sunflower yellow created a cheerful atmosphere.

After a sweet ceremony between the windows, chic lounge furniture from Mayker Creative spruced up the patio for cocktail hour. While honeycomb lucite escort cards led guests to their seats.

Since great food was high on the priority list, a variety of Infinity favorites were up for grabs out on the patio. These included candied bacon, mini tomato bisque and grilled cheese shooters, key west crab cakes, hot chicken sliders, ahi tuna baskets, and coconut crusted shrimp. And we haven't even gotten to the dinner menu yet!

For dinner, balsamic grape and apple salads were waiting as guests took their seats. Entrees served included chef-carved slow roasted prime rib with sun-dried tomato creamed spinach and cheddar cheese and chive smashed potatoes. As well as bourbon-smoked bruleed scallops with balsamic grilled vegetables and lemon roasted fingerling potatoes. We'll take one of everything, please!

Later on, the couple danced to "Our Love Is Here To Stay" as guests looked on from the mezzanine with full bellies and hearts.

Music City Rhythm Revue kicked off an epic dance party where the couple had a blast dancing the Hora surrounded by loved ones in what was definitely one of our favorite moments of the day!

FALLYN + AARON’S NEUTRAL MODERN WEDDING https://infinityhospitalitygroup.com/fallyn-aaron-neutral-modern-wedding/ Wed, 05 Jun 2019 15:55:06 +0000 https://blog.infinityeventsandcatering.com/?p=15075 A sweet love story & a neutral modern wedding at The Bridge Building.

The post FALLYN + AARON’S NEUTRAL MODERN WEDDING appeared first on Infinity Hospitality.

]]>

Hailing from Texas, Fallyn and Aaron envisioned a modern, neutral destination wedding that felt intimate and laid back.

"Since Tennessee is near and dear to our hearts, it was easy to settle on Nashville as our destination," Fallyn told us. "We reached out to several venues, which was difficult to do long distance, but The Bridge Building was so beautiful. The service and communication we received after inquiring made it seem like a no-brainer that this was our wedding venue."

This sweet pair met when Fallyn was working at a local bridal boutique owned by Aaron's friends. And we must warn you, their story is a tearjerker!

"He had been hearing a lot about 'this Fallyn girl' that works at the bridal boutique his friends own," Fallyn told us laughing. "And I guess I sounded so great that he just had to meet me."

Her boss told her she had a friend who really wanted to see a particular chick flick, but he couldn't go by himself! When he reached out to make plans, she said yes even though she'd already seen the movie and "kind of hated it."

She insisted on driving herself there in case she needed a getaway car — something Aaron won't ever let her live down — but she didn't need it and the rest fell into place.

A few years later, while Aaron attended medical school in Cumberland Gap, Tenn., Fallyn flew in to visit before his white coat ceremony. When she arrived, she found Aaron's car parked at the airport.

"When I got in the car, I found a sweet letter, a Taco Bell gift card (a must), and noticed he strategically left the CD player on my favorite John Mayer song," Fallyn told us. "I called my friend and she immediately said, 'OMG, he's going to propose!' I replied, 'You're dumb, it's not going to happen for a while.' Little did I know!"

Later in the week, Aaron, a chirpy morning person, woke her up early and rushed her to get dressed.

"I'm not a morning person, but I hopped in the car half-asleep at 5 a.m. Then he drove us through the mountains until we were at the Pinnacle overlook," Fallyn said. "It was a place we always talked about going to, and he is sometimes a romantic like that, so I just thought maybe he wanted to simply enjoy the sunrise that morning."

As they admired the view, Aaron asked her if she could get used to such early mornings. When she turned to face him, he was down on one knee and popped the question.

"I was snot-faced, boohooing excited and told him 'yes' a million times," Fallyn said. "It was such a sweet moment. More than I could've ever hoped it to be. Just us two, surrounded by foggy mountains and the most beautiful sunrise. It was my real-life fairytale moment."

Okay, now we're boohooing too. Can someone pass the Kleenex?

When the big day arrived, Fallyn got ready with her girls and the nerves kicked in as she anticipated the first look, her most memorable moment of the day.

"I felt so nervous all morning, but when I finally saw him, all of my nerves melted away," Fallyn told us. "I'll always remember how I felt at that moment, what the air felt like, and the sounds and smells that surrounded us. I just knew it was going to be the perfect day!"

Following their first look, a heartfelt sun-soaked ceremony commenced on the rooftop. A wooden hexagonal arch with sprigs of greenery by LMA Designs added contemporary style and framed the altar.

"Aaron and I wanted to do a traditional reading during our ceremony," Fallyn told us. "So we asked his sister to read a passage of scripture we love, and she made it even more personal by adding an excerpt from one of our favorite novels."

Meanwhile, the Cumberland space was dressed to impress and ready for guests.

A custom lighting installation of gold geometric lanterns with greenery was suspended in the center of the space by Infinity's production team for a soft, natural glow.

Keeping with the modern vibe, black linens from Music City Tents, chic tapered candles, and sprigs of greenery adorned each table. While smaller arrangements in matte black vases with white anemones, ranunculus, and lisianthus blooms were scattered throughout.

For dinner, guests enjoyed a southern-inspired plated dinner with all the fixin's. Entrees included buttermilk fried chicken breast with biscuits and honey butter, truffle cheddar crusted brussels sprouts and garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. Nashville approved!

Later in the evening, the couple danced to "Flower" by Amos Lee. "It was a song we listened to a lot when we were long distance for the first two years of our relationship," Fallyn told us. "We were playing around and dancing to it in the kitchen one day after our engagement, and we immediately knew we wanted it to be our first dance song."

After coffee, cake, and a whole lotta love, the evening wrapped up with a fun sparkler send-off under the Pedestrian Bridge with a hilarious mishap.

"The sparklers lasted forever," Fallyn laughed. "So we ran back and forth through the send-off line about four times until I couldn't take it anymore!"
